We dealt with Shane and Ian. They were very nice, great sense of humor and easy to work with. They both took time to make sure they understood what we were looking for and wanted. The service after with Shane has been exceptional and patient with us as we asked our questions. Shane wants to make sure we understand the vehicle. This is the way car buying is suppose to be and not the high pressure, woe is me dealer, and bait and switch experience. Thank you!

Cody in the service department is absolutely exceptional. He communicated the issues with my vehicle clearly and with extreme kindness and professionalism. He set reasonable expectations and the dealership went above and beyond in completing the repairs much sooner than anticipated. I could not recommend a service team more.

I had such a positive experience purchasing my new 2023 Santa Fe. I am a new mom and was looking for a family car I could fit everything into. I began looking online and Art was so helpful! He called me right away and walked me through the process seamlessly. He understood my budget needs and was able to meet them! I did this all from the comfort of my own home while caring for my son. I didn’t have to go in and wait all day at a dealership with a screaming baby. I felt like my needs as a new mom were taken care of! I can’t say enough nice things about Art and the process of buying a car at this Hyundai dealership! Thank you so much!!! ☺️☺️

Shane was awesome! I got to speak with both managers and they were really helpful on getting a good deal on the vehicle I wanted. Plus the financial worker Ali was thorough in all his explanations. 10/10 customer service. Shane went above and beyond coming in on his day off to help me with my trade in and explaining every function of my car/ buttons/ and what works best with Hybrids. He was very open, not coercing at all, and helpful wealth of knowledge.

As always this is a place I will continue to purchase new cars. Ibrahim is a great sales guy he has sold us our last 4 cars. Also Jimmy is a great sales manager the longest part about buying this car was waiting for it to get there from another dealership. So you I would for sure recommend them for any of your Hyundai needs

Had a great experience at Earnhardt North Scottsdale! After going to a few other dealerships and having not so great experiences this was so much better! Brad was the best! Worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted. He even continued to help us on his days off! Everyone I dealt with there was wonderful and I didn't leave feeling drained. In fact it was actually fun! I will continue to buy vehicles from this dealership, don't plan to go anywhere else ever! Highly recommend this dealership and Brad!

We did plenty of research ahead of time on what car we wanted to purchase and even called and set up an appointment to come in and view a palisade calligraphy. We said we were short on time because our daughter had music class and asked that everything be ready when we got there. When we got there, it wasn't ready. The salesman, Fahrid, clicked around on the computer a bit and we were told there were no 4 wheel drive calligraphy vehicles on the property (even though one showed online) but that we should test drive the 2 wheel drive because "they are the same." There's an interest rate offered to us that then we are told they can't actually give and a lot of haggling over price and finally we agree. We're then told the black on black car is being test driven by other people so we can't see it. We have to leave because our daughter has class (it has been two hours) and they say they'll look into it and let us know. In class we're told they do have a car but it's green with black interior and 4 wheel drive so the price would be more expensive. We were just told earlier there was no four wheel drive on the property. The salesman says that he thought the car was black because of the style of green it is. That doesn't explain why the computer would not have shown the 4 wheel drive and car color. We talk to finance again and have to go through negotiations again. He says we're creating a bond and family and he'll to this for us but leave a good review. If that would have been where everything ended, I definitely would have, even though I do believe they bait and switched us twice to get rid of a car color they did not want. We put down a down payment and set up an appointment to come the next day after work to pick up the car.I asked multiple times for the contract to be sent to me ahead of time so that I could read it and save time when we arrived. I was told that was not possible. I asked why that would not be possible. I was not given an answer but told they could send a blank contract. I again said I'd like to read our contract ahead of time to save time when we come in. I was told the contract is like all car contracts. Okay? I said I'd like to read before I sign. It should have been a red flag how much this truly bothered them that I wanted to read the contract before signing it. They agreed to email me the contract. I receive a contract with only my husband's name on it, spelled wrong, and with the car listed as the Batmobile. I'm pretty shocked at this point. I asked about my name not being on it and said my husband's name is spelled wrong and that the car was listed as the Batmobile. I was told to talk to finance when I came in later and that it was easier for them to do the contract in just my husband's name. I told them that I would also be on the contract. We go in at our appointment time and nothing is ready. The credit check we had to do beforehand online, they made us do it all again in person. We sat down and nothing, not one paper was ready. We waited. With a six month old baby in a hot trailer we waited and waited. While the salesman is preparing the paperwork incredibly slowly, you would think they get paid by the hour to see how long they can drag it out, another salesman comes up and tells him to step aside and talk to him. The other salesman is upset and says it should be his commission and says "man to man do you really think this should be your commission?" After about 5 minutes of this I'm standing up to walk over and tell them I don't have time to wait for their measuring competition and I should have been out of there an hour ago when Jimmy steps in to break it up. Finally we go through the documents with Fahrid and I again indicate we really need to go, it's past our daughter's bed time, and this all should have been ready before like I asked. He told me not to worry and it would only be 10-15 minutes with the finance people and then we'd be done. We go with Doug to anothe

We were very lucky to have Aamir as our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We never felt pressured and we ended up getting the car we wanted at a fair price. Overall it was the best car buying experience we have had.

Again a very pleasant experience. OK, this dealership has the worst service department I have ever experienced in over 50 years of owning cars. We had an appointment for 25,000 mile service. When we called for the appointment the next available was three weeks out and that was today. We dropped the car off and they asked if we were going to wait. The service person said the car will be ready later this afternoon. Since we had a morning appointment, we did not want to wait a few hours at the dealership. At 3:30 this afternoon we called the service department multiple times, and no one, no one answered the phone. I then called again and pushed 0 for the operator and that person did not answer and the phone just hung up. I then called the sales department and a person answered the phone and I explained the issue and she said there were no problems with phones. We then drove 10 miles to the dealership to inquire. We saw our car waiting parked nicely, but had not been washed, so it must not have been serviced. We went inside and found the service advisor. By the way, they were multiple service advisors in the office so I don't understand why when I called no one answered the phone. The service advisor came to the desk and said that a car had not been serviced as yet. Is now 4:30 this afternoon. He said the car should be done by 6 PM. He explained the waiting process and assumed because our car had not been serviced as yet that we were walk-ins and had no appointment. That is not true. We had an appointment at 9:15 in the morning and that's when we drop the car off. Now my wife is waiting at the dealership, waiting for the car to be serviced. As I am leaving I am furious that this is happened, and the car is still sitting parked in the parking lot. We pre-paid for all services for this car and this is not the way to treat a customer. When I mentioned to the service advisor that no one was answering the phones, he apologized, but gave no explanation as to why no one would answer the phone. In fact, for the service department, there was no option to leave a message for a callback. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONES. Absolutely horrific service.

We just purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Caligraphy. From start to finish we were very happy with everyone we encountered . Our salesman Amir was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We also appreciated that he was not pushy! The sales managers and the finance manager were all great. We felt very comfortable. The car delivery was excellent. It looked incredible. Overall the experience was great !
