I usually go to Izzy and she is so wonderful. I'm gonna stick with her. But she called out today. Hope you're ok girl. She suggested Jackie and she was soooo gentle and quick which is phenomenal for a waxer. Thank you ladies.

Booked Nichole with an upper leg and Brazilian. If you're on the fence or you feel self conscious book with her. She was quick and as painless as a Brazilian could be. Definitely experienced. It was nice not to be in a freezing room too! Usually I freeze in the EWC rooms.

Here on vacation and I found this place. I had scheduled the appointment an hour before hand and they were still quick to get me back and finished! I love the work Sloan did and we had a lovely conversation about the radio, if I was a permanent resident here I WOULD TOTALLY COME BACK!!! If I'm ever in town again I'm definitely booking another appointment!!!!

Pretty disappointed. I was 5 minutes late (12:30 appt) which I appreciated they still saw me but they told me the waxer I'm seeing is running late as well (wish they told me this on the phone when I called saying I would be 5 minutes late and was rushing over). They didn't take me back until 1pm so waited about 25 minutes and was late for my following appt :/ the waxer in general was great though. I ended up booking my next appt with her only to receive a text just now she left the company. This is the second time a waxer I've loved has left. This tells me either EWC isn't paying their employees well or the management doesn't know how to keep great working staff. I'm pretty fed up at this point and glad I only have 2 passes left. I will not be renewing my wax pass after being a loyal client of 7 years.

Jackie did amazing! I’ve been coming to European Wax Center for 7 years and this was the best experience I have had. Not only was Jackie super friendly, she was so thorough in the hair removal in a way no one else has been. Everyone else cares about going as fast as possible but I could tell Jackie cared about quality. Thanks Jackie!

Bailey is the absolute BEST at what she does. The Brazilian is virtually painless. I've been getting wax services for many years and her technique is the best at each service she performs! I cannot say enough great things about her! Book with Bailey if you want the best of the best!

Aria is amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the eyebrows.
They have a holiday wheel to earn free prizes but seems you have to spend $$$ and purchase a booklet of passes in order to get anything free. Wish it was for the paying customers too, who purchase a service. Minus one star for this.
