Loyal and long time Express customer here! This review is NOT for clothing as I adore the clothes from express. But bought jewelry for worth $160 for winter statement and the earrings have broken, 1 broke after 2 time wearing and one broke while opening the gift bag, others are yet to try, these are fragile/poor quality. Will stay with my gold/silver jeweler than statement fashion jewelry seems. Very disappointed as I loved the statement designs.

Worst return policy ever!! I tried to return an item for which I paid full price item 2 days after their 30 day window and they wouldn't even give me store credit. They offered a "one time courtesy exchange" but the item I wanted was $10 less so they refused to exchange it bc it wasn't the "same price or higher". I was even willing to eat the price difference but they wouldn't do it. I've never had a retail store be so restrictive and nonsensical with returns. I will not be shopping here ever again - there are so many other places with better products, prices and return policies.

The black lady with the shorter curly hair literally ran past me (a black woman) to greet her and tell her about the sale. Meanwhile I walked by her multiple times and she never even greeted me .

Terrible in store experience. I brought in an online purchase item for exchange and the lady who helped didn't want to be bothered. Told me she couldn't find my item on the computer with my cell number. I had the online receipt and she said that's of no help to her. I'm an alist member, and make a descent amount of online purchases for my work attire; which is business dress wear. I've made exchanges in store before so I know it can be done. Dissapointed with the lady who assisted. Customer service is terrible. I didn't get her name, but she was a young Indian lady who assisted to be specific. Maybe she was tired from all the holiday shoppers, but that's no excuse.

I was chocking because of dry throat at the checkout. I asked if there was any sort of water, they said no. I asked where I could find water in the mall, they said they ddnt know. They were completely ignorant. I ended up running outside asking where I could find water. Then go back in to checkout. Inhumane!

The reason this Express is 5 stars is because the cashier Alena was AMAZING. She was very friendly and great with customers. Not only does it seem that she genuinely cares about customers, but she also hooked me up with discounts. Amazing worker!

I had been able to work here for merely a month and could warn you with careful consideration to never bother working here. If you are a decent young woman or person with potential, you can very well do better than Express Fashion Square. I thought I'd take any job I could get first, don't make my mistake. My work ethic is proficient, managers and costumers had complimented me. The supposed problem was attendance. Once, my schedule read (via app) that I were to show up for morning shift, upon my arrival the manager declared that apparently I shouldn't have shown up to work a shift I wasn't scheduled for. That day I was written up for attendance off schedule, where I would be fired if I were late one time after signing. The day I was fired my schedule read that I were to clock in at 4:30 p.m. so I carefully showed up at 4:10 p.m. The manager came up to me 30 minutes into my shift to tell me that I should have been there at 4:00 p.m. and she already called somebody else in to work my shift "just in case". I wasted my time and effort for part time minimum wage and a set up. Carol, the hiring/store manager prides herself on 20+ years working for Express, yet as the reviews have proven she has not found an adequate crew to keep costumers happy.

Today was a great day at express. I was welcomed by such a sweet woman her name was Kathy. I bought many things today and while I was in the fitting room and had any issues she was there to help. I felt bad for asking for all the different sizes I needed but Kathy never seemed annoyed or frustrated when I wanted a new clothing item. Usually when I go into express I don't get help at all and kind of have to do everything myself but as I entered Kathy made my experience much better! I usually don't write reviews for apparel stores but I was just blown away by the amazing customer service I received from her and the store!! I wish more people in retail were like her she was just the sweetest woman!

I like shopping at Express loyal customer and credit card holder but was treated horribly rude by manager Catherine treats poorly her employees and customer's. Was excited to shop with my birthday cash reward, made a purchase and after leaving store check my receipt and 1 item has incorrect went back to store to have it adjusted and manager first thing she said was I can't help you after explaining to her that cashier had scan item and gave me different price and cashier agree, manager looked upset and said to cashier I don't know what you did can't help you. Manager looked at me like I was the problem instead, and an inconvenience for her with a nasty attitude .. She said I could return item but I would loose out of the coupon. After explaining it was an error in the system she still didn't care never apologized as I had to go back wait in line and asking to have it adjusted and be treated unfair. Please give her better customer service training, she can't even add to have item adjusted for correct amount.
