We have been storing our stuff here for over a year and it's great. Mark in the front office is always helpful with any questions we have. He was very patient with showing us different units when we were deciding if we wanted to downsize or not. He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable!

While this storage facility is nice and has straight forward user access, I have been disgusted by how this location and public storage on the whole has handled an incident that occurred in my unit. They have lost all future business.
On October 12th, 2025 I went into my storage unit to find that there had been extensive water damage to my belongings. It had rained heavily over the previous days. I assume the water came through the sheet metal ceiling which looked to have some screws loose. The water damages hundreds of dollars worth of collector magazines, vintage postcards from Italy, personal photo albums, and countless other items that are not replaceable. I immediately contacted the main office and left two voicemails with the property manager. Since I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the location, I contacted Public Storage’s general line and reported the incident. They simply told me someone would be out to check the unit and that I could expect a return call shortly from management.
I did get a return call Monday morning. They told me my report hadn’t been flagged as urgent and was at the bottom of the pile. I assumed the issue would be handled swiftly, so I declined to move units (also because I work full time and I can’t be available to do that). I put tarps on my stuff and thought it would be okay until they fixed the issue. The residual water would probably evaporate by then and I had gotten all my damaged goods out already anyway. I dropped my key off on Tuesday so that they could access my unit. Over that weekend I initiated my insurance claim. I called the office again to ask them to send pictures of the leak site as well as the initial incident report so I could submit them to my insurance. Nobody answered. I left a very descriptive voicemail.
Two weeks went by and I called them because I hadn’t heard from them. I was very rudely told that nobody had been in and they couldn’t estimate when someone might be able to assess it. To this day I have not heard back nor had my key returned.
In this past week or so, I noticed I was still charged $162 in rent despite not getting the service I agreed to in my contract. I used the online chat service to dispute this. They told me they don’t have control over the billing system and that they wouldn’t be able to change this charge. How???? They gave me a number to escalate the issue. I called this number a couple of days later. They took down what I have described here and said I would get a call or email follow up within 72 hours. That was on Tuesday midday, so I should have gotten a call/email by Friday midday. I just now, on Monday, got an email that they applied a $25 credit to my account for future charges. How insulting and pathetic.
This whole ordeal has been handled inappropriately. They have not taken responsibility or given me any sort of financial break when they are the ones who broke our contract. It states that the contract is valid under the condition that they store my belongings safely. I refuse to accept that I need to keep paying $162 a month for inadequate storage. Meanwhile, NOBODY has been in to see my unit and the only time I have been contact first was when they asked for my key. They have lost my future business and I will never recommend them to anyone. Awful and greedy business practice.

Autumn made all my moving process simple & easy. She answered outgoing person who stayed professional, courteous throughout the process. She answered all my questions, making sure we knew our way around with a detour of the facility. Helping me with the PS App and how to use it. No doubt she made it easy to select PS at 1650 N Pima Rd. Thanks Again!

I was looking into getting a unit and stopped by at PS. Tracy was super helpful and made the move in experience easy. I like the fact that it’s gated and very secure, I now have peace of mind that my things are safe.

The property manager, Tracy, was helpful and courteous and got us into our storage unit in a timely manner. The storage facility is very secure and clean, our previous experience at the Public Storage on Main Street in Mesa was bad.
