The most authentic Italian food in Phoenix!Haven’t tasted this level of pasta in years! The restaurant is quite basic - and exemplifies the food as to fundamental beginnings - all natural and organic! The temperature which often is forgotten with food served cold - proves the professional approach of the chef working diligently in the back!!Kudos!!So very refreshing finding this gem in the desert!!

A little disappointing. They had limited bar service the evening we went. They also ran out of a couple of dinner selections. Good was good but for the price we have definitely had better. Server did not ask if I wanted a to-go box (which I did want) and took food away while we were in the middle of a conversation at the table.

We enjoyed delicious meal - a special treat of gnudi which was delicate and flavorful. Short rib lasagna and meatballs and a cannolo. Ralph was our server - he did a wonderful job and we were welcomed warmly as always. Truly a favorite spot time after time.

We went for Valentine's Day and I was truly disappointed. The bread was really the best part. The main dishes were not that good, the drinks were not good and not to mention they ran out of mashed potatoes. Not the Valentine's Day dinner I wanted to give to my girlfriend and it missed the mark in a lot of ways for nearly $400. The atmosphere is going for romance, but could be seen as too dark and gloomy without the right tone from the waiter and music.

Disappointing. First we had to pre pay for a reservation for a place that is empty. Appetizer came with main course. Calamari was like eating straws. Italian restaurant serves spaghetti without a spoon. No espresso in an Italian restaurant. Cannoli tasted like chalk. Top it off with a bill that suggests 20/25/30 percent tip. Skip this place

Support Local! We had a delicious meal at Famiglia. Our server, Ralph, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions and answered our questions in detail about the menu options. The food was delicious, fresh and flavorful. We will definitely be back.

We had the scallops and seafood linguine and they were delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about all the menu items. Overall, it was a good experience and we won't hesitate to return.

We loved the romantic setting and our server was very aware of letting the meal unfold. We felt cared for and not pressured. It was a wonderful first time. Food was excellent and we look forward to the spring menu!

Another fantastic restaurant discovered. Food is authentic and excellent. Great service and presentation! Location is a bit misleading in terms of ambiance of the area matching the quality of food and service. Will be back!

We were so fortunate to find Famiglia last year as we were staying across the street. We loved it so much that we ate here 3 nights during our 7 night stay. Hence we returned this year in 2024 and here we are again at night 3. (Probably going for 4 tomorrow). We have dined with reservations as well as just walking in and eating at the bar while enjoy conversation with the manager and restaurant owner. The menu changes slightly each day with some new fresh surprise. I am addicted to the Straw and Hay Bolognese. A simple and homemade recipe that has never disappointed. Another staple is the fresh made focaccia bread drizzled with olive oil and rosemary. My wife and I cannot wait for our next experience!!!

My husband Bart and I had a birthday dinner (for Bart) at Famigia Scottsdale last night. The entire dinner experience was wonderful. We used to frequent Broc's restaurant in Fountain Hills a few years ago (we were very sad when the restaurant closed), and although it took us a "little while" to visit his restaurant in Scottsdale, we are so glad we did. Everything from the cocktails, entrees, dessert and after-dinner drinks were phenomenal. Such an intimate ambience with lovely piano music in the background, candle light, and a beautifully decorated space. The hostess and our servers were friendly and had lively and fun personalities. It was great to see Broc again, and kudos to the chef. We will be sure to return again soon!

Valentines price fixe dinner $150pp. Food was excellent but service and ambiance were completely lacking. Limited wine menu. Server did not know the food or drink menu whatsoever. "I would like an Old Fashion please" "Ok, I don't know what that is because I don't drink hard alcohol?" No apparent attempt to acknowledge that this is a special day by the establishment or server. Felt like just an average midweek dinner out. Player piano was a nice touch but the lack of table cloths and server sophistication contributed to the steril cold environment. Definitely not a $400 dinner. Very disappointed. Perhaps the experience would have been differant mid week, non special occasion with a regular menu.

Not sure if it was just an off day but this was our first time to the restaurant. We were greeted right away and sat but there was only one wait person attending to all of the tables in the restaurant, unfortunately, and she was doing her best to take care of them all. The bartender also helped run some of the food out as well but once we were seated it took well over 13 minutes before we were given water and asked for drinks. It was too long to have waited.

Food was good, drinks were not good, service was terrible and dont even get me started on our bottle of wine. 2016 Vintage Bottle that was not rested for sediments and ruined the flavor
