This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an insurance company. Stephanie Roberts will not talk to any of her customers. Instead you get routed to the office manager, Kelly, who will be in meetings for two weeks and refuse to respond to any of your calls. Their claims department is the same way. My car has been waiting at the repair shop for over two weeks and all the Farmers local office and claims department does is ignore me despite all of my calls. I guess I might have to switch insurance companies.

I called in looking to get a better rate for my policies as my finances have changed. I spoke with Sydney and she was able to find me a policy that fit my budget, but also, pointed out a lot of coverages I didn't know I needed. I never paid too much attention to my insurance coverages until now. Highly recommend this agency!

I’d only recommend getting insured here. I couldnt find anyone to insure my two vehicles for a decent price and was almost forced to get rid of my second car. Sydney Yarborough helped me and she was amazing! she got me great rates and got me covered instantly without issue. Super helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was covered! Thank you

I'm pretty positive this office is having negative reviews deleted because I've spoken to other agents who say they've taken on clients from this office when they are dissatisfied. I was bounced around this office like I was in a pinball machine, never actually getting to speak to Stephanie Vian. She was a ghost. Every issue I had was passed off to a different person. When my policy premium raised by over $150 a month and no one could tell me why, I requested cancelation. My request was ignored, and my policy was canceled for non-payment. I had my information transferred to another agent to see if she could assist me. Unfortunately, she said my business policy had been written wrong, and I had not been adequately covered the entire time I was at Vian's office. The other agent also told me there was nothing she could do to reverse the charges from when Vian's office failed to cancel my policy. I demanded a response from Stephanie Vian directly regarding this issue. It took her weeks to respond to me, and she offered no assistance or apology, just a few basic questions. When I replied, it took her another few weeks to respond with questions I had already answered in the first place. At this point, I was being contacted by debt collectors, and I let her know that. I also mentioned that she may have this lack of accountability because her father is her district manager and urged her to fix the issue. That was July 1. It is now July 12. If you're used to dealing with call center style insurance and are not picky about coverage, go ahead. But if you want someone who cares about your coverage and you as a person, find a different agent. So many other agents will care if you have adequate coverage and your future is secure. I'm sure this review will get some gaslighted response or be reported to Google. Hopefully, I will help a few people out and save them the headache.
