The front desk lady who helped me out figure out my insurance problem was a huge help and I will be visiting this location again. They showed kindness and care throughout my entire visit. Clean office and great customer service. Very fast help. They even gave me a referral for something I needed in the moment, I really appreciate all the help.

Triage doesn't exist here. Was charged incorrectly for a co pay which had to immediately be refunded.Was in severe pain from an impact injury and literally two people who showed up an hour after me with cuts and scrapes was seen first. Never again. HH should be better than this.

Arrived at 9:44 am. I signed In there was only 3 people in. 3 other people came in after me for non drug test issues like myself. The entire time after I arrived 5 drug test and 3 other urgent care patients like myself was in and out. Now I am the only minority I should say @ 12:20 with a empty waiting room and 30 mins before the close I had to say something. The person did not have file in correct location. I'm pissed but was too sick to go off. Looked really bad how I was last person to be seen before their lunch.

I recently visited the Scottsdale HonorHealth Urgent Care facility for help in dealing with a foot/ankle problem. Pain, discomfort and difficulty walking were the main symptoms. We went to the HonorHealth facility because of past positive interactions with health care furnished thru this organization. Check in was an easy process using the online and in person process. After just a few minutes a staff person took us to a room and took my vitals and personal information needed to kick things off. Not long after a PA entered the room to get the specifics on my problem. She was very patient, friendly and helpful in diagnosing the problem, explaining options, answering questions and making recommendations on the next action. My wife and I were very happy with the customer service, speed of service, and professionalism of all staff members. Great job to all!! I would not hesitate to return for future assistance.The only negative was the post-visit process. I setup the "MyChart" account so we could take care of the end details. The last instruction from the PA was a promise to contact me with a report on the xrays performed by SMIL. The xrays were done within 1 hour after I left their office. About 2 days after the visit I sent a message to the PA asking for a status report. No answer was received. 5 days after the visit still no information on the xray results. So I visited the SMIL office and they handed me the report without delay.

We were there for COVID testing with appointment. We were greeted professionally by receptionist.After an hour wait, we were taken in. The girl checking was friendly and courteous. While she was taking measurements, insurance paper work was not validated. So we were kept on hold. During this time patient was feeling cold and requested receptionist for blanket but couldn’t get one.Finally once all questions related to insurance were completed, testing was completed. The girl performing testing provided blanket upon request. Testing was positive but doctor didn’t came out to see us but rather sent out young PA. prescription was sent out to pharmacy across street. We were assured that pharmacy will be able to issue medicine right away. However when we reached there, pharmacy couldn’t see prescription. They could not see it following day either. So we had to call to this office and request receptionist to do the needful. She was quite a bit hesitant to speak to pharmacy and resolve the matter. after persistent arguments, she called the pharmacy. It turned out that name and birthdate on prescription (that this office issued)had error hence Medicare was rejecting the prescription. Finally this office fixed the error and we could get COVID medication about a day and half after the diagnosis.

I was fortunate when I arrived that only 2 people were ahead of me so the wait time was pretty short for urgent care. The Doctor on staff provided good bedside manners, (more so than what I’ve experienced in the past at urgent care facilities) he was thorough and clear in explaining my diagnosis. I was in and out of there quickly.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but they kept texting me to leave one. Unfortunately I wouldn’t give any stars if it weren’t for the PA. He was so thorough and attentive. However the rest wasn’t great. Online it says they open at 8 or 9 whichever it was on that day and when I walked in 5 min after opening the lights were off and I was told I needed to wait because although they are open the system isn’t up yet. Overall it took forever. Will not go again.

Being able to make an appointment in advance (that day) was really helpful. My check-in time was really quick and I saw the medical professional within 15 minutes of my arrival.Everyone was polite and professional ... and I received the care I needed.

I’m writing this while still in the waiting area for almost an entire hour. I made my appointment in advance for 1pm showed up a few minutes early and had my co-pay processed at 1:06pm. It is now almost 2pm and I have not been called back or informed as to why my wait has taken so long. There were 2 other people in the waiting area when I arrived and they had been seen and let out within 30 minutes or less. And there was someone that got out of their appointment a few minutes ago. Update, the doctors here were nice. The main problem was the wait honestly.

I went yesterday around 3:30. Very friendly staff and their facility is clean. They were really helpful and I appreciated their feedback. If you need to go get checked out or need urgent care, this the place you should go.

I’ve been to this clinic more than once for employment drug screens. My last was visit on 7/19/23. The medical staff there has always been helpful and professional. Four stars given just because I had to return a few days later to have my DOT physical paperwork corrected, no big deal. I feel the woman who helped me at the reception desk could be more friendly, and not give off such an annoyed vibe when dealing with clients.

I went for an emergent vision issue and made that explicitly clear both when booking the appointment and upon arrival where I was told yes, they treat these types of vision problems. I asked again in the exam room where I was then told she wasn’t sure if the PA on duty had competency in this area or not. That was disconcerting to say the least. When the PA came in, I recounted my symptoms a third time and was then told he didn’t have the proper equipment and I should head to the emergency room. This is after paying a $75 copay right off the bat before being seen-I’ve never experienced that before. I was there a total of 15 minutes for nothing. I should have been made aware before payment they were not equipped to do a complete eye exam. It was a waste of time and money. Never again.

No point in making an appointment. Made an appoint, it's an hour later and several walk ins with the same or lower acuity were brought in before me..So what's the point?

Today I had a visit here because my FAFountain Hills location had an emergency shut down. It was a long wait due to under staffing but the receptionist’s along with the nurses in the back ,Nicole the practitioner were wonderful! They took absolute care of me and gave me the meds I needed to get a jump start on my healing. I would recommend for anyone to visit this location. Thank you very much for all that you do!

Horrible place. When asked the time after waiting quite a while, I was told it was 4 pm and that my arrival time was 3 pm, Finally I asked if I had paperwork for my TB test, I initially said "No" but then I found the paperwork in my car. Around 4:40, they finally looked at my paperwork and then they informed me they were unable to check my TB test as the 72 hr deadline was at 3:30 pm. The lady then BLAMED me as I didn't have my paperwork initially. It was not requested until after the 72 hr deadline passed. I spent two hours and $40 some dollars while in the midst of a stressful move by the ineptness of your employees. I am an 80 yr old lady but my language was not ladylike when blamed for this situation.
