I intentionally called FedEx to verify I could ship a larger than normal package, gave them the measurements and they told me to proceed to a normal location. I brought the box to the location and the kid behind the counter said he can't help me cause his measurements aren't working with his matrix. He sent me away and said contact 1 800 FedEx. Sat on the phone trying to get through the automated service and when I finally got through they were able to get this solved and I was told to leave the box at this location for ground shipping to pick it up. Really think this employee should've been able to do more than deliver a blank stare.

I always use this FedEx to ship out packages when I'm in Scottsdale. They are always fast, reliable and really care about helping their customers. They have multiple computers to print off of, copies to use as well has they can help do the work too. They also have a great selection of books and planners as well.

Out of town, and had a package coming to my house. I arranged for it to be held at this location; I was going to be outside of the hold, so I called to have that hold extended. The rep I talked to said it wasn't a problem, and that they'd out a note on it to have it held. I called again just to make sure this was done, as it was a very sensitive package. Spoke to another rep, he confirmed it was fine to hold it that extra time. Today, came to find out they returned it to sender, 3 days ahead of my requested hold. Spent about an hour trying to get this redelivered, as it's in my city right now, but apparently the vast technology at Fed-ex's disposal doesn't allow for this. I should know better - in the last 2 years, I've had drivers lie about delivering packages (I was sitting 3 feet away inside), packages literally dropped at my doorstep (and broken), and many packages sat in my front yard - literally - when I have a porch. The lesson? Don't use fedex.
