I've trusted this location many times to send items back to FL. The boxes always arrive on time or early and carefully packaged.

I was in this location on Friday afternoon, 11/17/2023, handle my package to a lady, she didn't labeled it, place it inside on the other side of the counter. I complained to her it was not correct to leave my package on the counter without putting the address labeled. We started having arguments about it. She said she was busy and couldn't do it at that time. I said it wasn't professional the way she was doing and I would not leave meanwhile they put a label to my box. One guy, coworker came and put the label. It was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY. Now guess what..........NOBODY KNOWS WHERE MY PACKAGE IS. Hellllo fedex lady. You know who you are.See what happened.So......, what am I supposed do know????You are happily employed and I am sadly in a BAD TROUBLE

Their self service kiosk didn't print my shipping label after I paid, so I asked the counter associate, Megan, for help and she told me to call the customer service line. LOL .The store associates have their hands tied regarding the kiosk, and were useless in resolving my issue. FedEx customer service was just as 'helpful' as Megan. None of their team seemed capable of resolving a very simple issue. I'm going UPS after this.

I requested my package to be delivered at a Scottsdale location each customer service told me different things one told me I needed to way 24-48hrs to see it where my package was (employee Id: Sel - location cyzrc) The other one told me it had been delivered and apparently I NEVER GOT A NOTIFICATION FROM THE STORE THE PACKAGE WAS BEING HELD AT THIS FACILITY AND THAT IT ARRIVED 4 days ago!!!!!!!they really don’t know what they’re doing complete incompetence you can’t trust usps, or fed ex. UPS I guess it’s the most reliableTheir signature system with fedex is awful they come and deliver at night time in an apartment complex and don’t knock on the apartment door so they bounce the package back I guess it’s the sender stupidity for asking for a signature delivery in an apartment complex but it was an expensive item so it makes sense. Regardless fed ex system and employees are not well trained, their communication and operational model is outdated they can’t keep up with the demand and don’t take the time to properly train their workforce

I mistakenly trusted FedEx to deliver my recently deceased son's belongings to me intact and undamaged. There were 4 large boxes that were sent from Mexico to AZ. Every box had damaged items and the last box took 22 days to get here. They last box was extremely damaged to the point where the contents were spilling out of the multiple torn and open holes in the box.In fact, I received a message from the Scottsdale FedEx saying that they could not deliver the box because of all the broken glass and items in the box. I went to this facility to pick this box up and I was shocked at the condition of the box. Upon seeing the extremely damaged box, the Manager of that facility said, "It's out of our hands." This shipment also cost me approx. $1600. to ship.I learned that FedEx unpacked and "repacked" all the boxes 2 times from the Mexico loc to my loc. All was thrown into the boxes without a care and without any wrapping of even the fragile items that I had wrapped with care.I filed a claim which was a difficult and time consuming task, consisting of 4 days of phone calls and approx. 15 reps. I completed their claim form on line, with many pics.They finally responded to say that although they recognized the completed claim form, my claim was denied because they did not have any pictures...and they gave an actual claim amount of $128.50, that I would not receive. How did they even come up with that amount with no pics???I resubmitted the pics and received another letter saying that the claim was denied because they did not have the claim form that I filled out on line....despite the many conversations I had with their reps who referred to the claim form during our conversations.They ultimately sent me a check for the $128.50 and closing the claim all together. Again, where did that figure come from??? (I did not and will not cash that useless, insulting check.)My son's special desk top computer for photography was damaged beyond repair. This was a $3000 item that they valued at $20.00.All the items were valued by Fedex at ridiculously low amounts.....Not even close to the true value. This is information I did not see until delivery.These were the last of my son's belongings that were important to me.Most are in pieces and/or damaged beyond repair. This was truly heartbreaking for me and his father. I regret trusting this company and putting my son's belongings "in their hands." My message is to avoid trusting this company with anything valuable or important because if they damage it or lose it, their response will be, "Its out of our hands."The one star rating is being kind.

I put going to the Fed Ex office right there along with going to the Post Office or the DMV. My experience here was actually pleasant and painless. There was one person in line in front of me that maybe has never shipped anything before so she did take awhile to be helped. After that it was smooth sailing ! The parking can be a little tight there but there's more parking on the side of the building. Would recommend. Not quite a quick in and out though.

This is a clean, nice place to make copies or do shipping. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which makes a difference because most of the time that you're in one of these places, you're super stressed out: making copies of things you don't want, sending things out that cost too much money, or a variety of other fun reasons like doing your taxes. I recommend getting printouts in black and white instead of color as it's much much cheaper. Another convenient tip is you can send an email to
[email protected] with an attachment or attachments, and you'll receive back an email with the code that you enter in, at the printer. This place is nicely laid out for self-service, including printing, copying, as well as computer desks and it even sports a very clean bathroom. Recommended for all your printing, scanning, faxing, and shipping needs!

I am in town for work & needed a project printed. I wasn’t able to execute online using the new marketplace….enter Anela…an Angel on earth disguised as a FedEx Kinkos Scottsdale team member. She executed my custom order and had me on my way in under an hour. I’m so grateful for her kindness, efficiency and CAN DO attitude. I will continue to use FedEx Kinkos for my business needs because of her. This overturns a company decision to move to another vendor. THANK YOU ANELA! ✨

I don't trust any company which isn't open during it's operating hours. Here I am, 8:15am, and I'm amongst several others waiting for the doors to open. Then, I finally get in and there's only one employee. Fortunately I just had to drop a prepaid box off, but several others were disappointed to know that one employee doesn't know how to operate anything on the print side of things. Overall, pretty untrustworthy. Try anywhere else.

Fedex should be ashamed--accepting drivers who disregard everyone else. This driver 1) parked in front of an emergency red zone, 2) parked in front of a handicapped spot and 3) has an expired registration. Please do something about it Fedex!
