I had the pleasure of being served by Cameron. What a great guy! I was in a jam and Cameron helped me print some really important documents. These are the type of employees that you must keep and reward. Keep up the great work Cameron. You rock! You have a customer for life now! ??

I would avoid FedEx at all costs. They have never got a package to me on time. I paid extra for 2 day service, to receive an item today. The shipper uses pre-printed addresses and has sent me multiple products. Today, at 12:13, FedEx said my address was incorrect and had it "corrected" in 6 minutes. Still, won't deliver the parcel now until Monday. Shipper called and could not get them to change. Many times, I have had similar issues with them. They lied and don't deliver on time. Use UPS. Much more reliable

DO NOT GET ANYTHING SENT TO HOTEL FEDEX! Same as others reviews, you get something shipped they intercept the package and hold it ransom until you pay a handling fee. Unfortunately you have no idea until the scam takes place.

I would less then 1 star if possible. I was a guest at the hotel. I ordered something from a retailer. Paid shipping to retailer. They ship to me at the hotel. The inside FedEx center in the hotel gets the package and then proceeds to charge a handling fee. So essentially you have to pay a shipping fee to the retailer once and then a ransom fee to get your package. Best part they base it on weight!

A small FedEx Office secreted away inside the conference area at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Small, but well-appointed, with courteous and responsive staff, this print center has your conference or event printing needs covered. What a lifesaver!

This fedex office is inside the conference center of the hotel. We had 2 packages sent to the hotel to arrive during our stay. Each time they arrived we received the alert from Amazon that they had been delivered. We were told that we would receive a message on our hotel room line that they had arrived and were ready for pickup. Neither time did we receive that message. In fact, when we called to see if they were ready for pickup the FedEx Office said they had not received them. After providing them with the tracking number and waiting a few minutes they magically found them. When we were in the office to retrieve them they informed us that there would be a “handling†fee. The fee is based on the weight. So a couple of small, lightweight packages cost $20 just to pick them up. The problem is that once you realize you are required to pay the fee, you're trapped. I was not happy, even after discussing with the manager that we did not receive the notifications they were unwilling to work with us.
