I can’t say enough great things about this FedEx location! Larry and his entire team are always so accommodating and friendly every time I stop in. Whether I’m dropping off packages or need help with something more complicated, they’re consistently helpful and willing to go the extra mileeven offering to help carry packages out to my car without hesitation.
What stands out most is the customer service. Every person who walks in the door is greeted warmly, and even when the store is busy, Larry and his team make sure to acknowledge everyone waiting in line. It’s such a small touch, but it really sets this location apart.
Hands down, the best FedEx store I’ve ever been to!

I needed to print a pamphlet for a Celebration of Life and was having a hard time with the Print and Go. Matthew offered to help and made it a breeze - the pamphlet came out perfect! Thank you Matthew!

We didn’t have our account number handy. Alexandrea refused to look up our business account number and said no one there knew how. She offered us no solutions. We will be moving our company’s business elsewhere.

We were in AZ for a few weeks and requested our daughter back home in PA to send out our mail which included some important paperwork. She mailed it to this Fed Ex facility on Scottsdale Road. USPS tracking indicated it was received at this facility. Upon multiple visits to Fed Ex it was told to us that the envelope was delivered but did not have a name on it “so the boss was going to return it to the local USPS branch”. We reached out to USPS and they informed us that indeed it was delivered to Fed Ex and DID have a name on it. Within minutes we heard back from Fed Ex that the envelope was in fact delivered, as we had tracked, had a name on it and was placed in their “back room”. Upon finally receiving our envelope, Fed Ex never explained the “boss returning it” story or NEVER apologized for the multiple trips we made to the facility. The lies told were so unprofessional, not to mention their dismissal of us saying repeatedly “well you have your package now”. Would NEVER recommend this facility for any services what so ever. One of the best experience I had with Fedex! I wish that I remember the gentleman that helped me because I have three awkward big boxes and he made it so effortless and so easy for me to get in and get out. One of the best customer services ever

Go ANYWHERE else but here to handle your business! A.N.Y.W.H.E.R.E ELSE is better. You WILL ABSOLUTELY be sorry if you go here. If you have a time sensitive or important issue you will NOT get it resolved here. There is a 5 star location very close by, which is where I went, after wasting over an hr trying to get a straight answer or any customer service here. The location up the road is SO MUCH BETTER and consistent with the level of service and efficiency expected from this national brand.

I recently visited a FedEx location to return a package following instructions provided by the merchant, which included a prepaid account number but no return label or QR code. When I showed the instructions to the FedEx agent named Nassir, he insisted that I needed a return label. Despite my attempts to explain and search for a label I never received, Nassir was dismissive and wasted my time.
Eventually, after I asked him to recheck the instructions, he realized that no label was needed. However, instead of acknowledging the mistake, Nassir's attitude became unprofessional. He smirked and aggressively demanded I read the address aloud, even though the instructions were clear. Frustrated, I asked for another agent.
When his supervisor arrived, Nassir raised his voice and claimed this was how they were treated, showing a lack of professionalism. This experience was highly disappointing, and I believe FedEx needs to better train their employees to be attentive and helpful. This was the worst experience I've ever had with FedEx.
