Our company needed last minute revisions to spiral bound books that we needed for a meeting with only an hour to spare. Not only did Emily at the store work to get this done so quickly, but she beat the time frame she gave us. Our company was thrilled that this got done so quickly. Very pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Fast, easy and consistent quality.

I have used Fed Ex for years. I will NEVER go into this location again. The front desk office gal - so rude to the guy in front of me. When she came to help me, eyes rolled, clicking of tongue, hand jesters, so bent out of shape to help me. Was disgusted with my ?'s I ended up picking my work up and leaving. The "manager" guy - also chimed in with attitude. I have been in my own business for 50 years, if ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES TREATED A CLIENT THIS WAY - IMMEDIATELY WOULD BE FIRED! YOU NEED TO SECRET SHOP THIS LOCATION AND SEE HOW THE TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I would leave a minus review if I could....they aren't the only copy place in town!!!!!

This was box #4 that I shipped through Fed Ex. It took 22 days for this box to get here and it could not be delivered to my home because of all the broken glass and objects. The other 3 boxes were delivered with many damaged items, including a special $3000 desktop computer that no longer works. Fed Ex put a value of that computer at $20.Fed Ex unpacked and "repacked" the boxes twice. The contents were thrown into large boxes. Nothing was wrapped or handled with any care. I filed and re-filed claims with them and claim was denied. First, they said that they did not receive any photos, so I resent the photos. Then they said that they did not receive the claim form which I completed on their website twice. They sent me letters declining my claim and sent a 3rd letter with a check for $128.50. That was the, cash this check and you are satisfied with our performance" check. I did not cash it and won't. It's a mystery how they cam up with that ridiculous amount when they clearly damaged thousands of dollars of items.To add insult to injury, these were my sons belongings. He passed away and these were things that were very important to me. It was heartbreaking.Again, after seeing the terrible condition of this box, the message from the Fed EX Manager was, "It's out of our hands."Please keep that in mind if you plan on using FedEx to ship anything of monetary or sentimental value.

At this time of year, all of the shipping facilities are usually jampacked. That often makes for a horrible experience. I did not get the names of the two young ladies who were working that day, but there disposition could not have been better. They were cheery and happy and helpful. actually joking about how busy it's been. Every time I've ever come to this office has been nothing but great.

Wow. I can't comment on the shipping accuracy at this location, but I sure won't be asking for anyone to fax something again. The fax machine was in the back on the floor and the employee actually had to sit on the floor to work it. I had given specific instructions about several items to be faxed together as these were financial documents going to a huge office. The instructions were not followed and it took 4 tries to get it right. The whole thing made me very nervous given the nature of the documents. I understand mistakes happen, but an apology or some indication things didn't go well would have been nice. I liked this place a lot better when it was kinkos.

As an E bay person I weigh and print out my own postage. I didn't know that FED EX was an option. Usually I used the regular postal service so this was knew to me. I brought in the package, told them I had it pre postage and the guy quickly took it to the back. No muss, no fuss. Will be using fed EX more often.

The people that work in this store have such an attitude it is painful to come here. They are either getting into your personal business about what's in a letter you are shipping, or being condescending over the box you are using. It's unnecessary, rude and unprofessional. I have a FedEx business account and use this location as a drop off for pre-packaged, pre-labeled legal notices that contain privacy protected info. Every time I come in I am questioned what is in my envelope to an unprofessional level. It's NOT ok! It's weird and creepy!

Came in because I had to print out an entire textbook for class and did not know where to start. Gabriel was working the front desk and was so helpful and so kind!!! He is very knowledgeable and provides top notch customer service. FedEx is lucky to have him as an employee.

Completely unreliable! Showed up few minutes before opening at 8AM and kept waiting and waiting. Truth be told I had morning meeting and wanted to print few things but FedEx Office didn't open on time... ....finally left at 8:10AM and store was still not open... Another customer who was waiting with me said she showed up the night before when they were closing at 6pm although they should have been open till 8PM How is this possible?

So my son is temporarily living in Barbados. I walked into this Fed Ex location 1 month ago. Walked up to a gentleman working behind the counter. Told him I have never shipped international before and I didn't know what I was doing. Quite grateful his name tag said he had 20 yrs experience. I thought thank gosh he will know what he is doing...wrong. So the package did end up in Barbados but customs would not release it because the gentleman that had 20yrs experience who worked at Fed Ex did not have me fill out my paperwork correctly. After several trips to the Fed Ex office in Barbados my son was able to get them to release the package and also paid to have it expedited back here to the states to me. On the way back to me it got held up in customs again. For some bs reason. My son had sent several emails we were both on the phone every other day to Fed Ex with no results. In a last ditch effort I went back into this store where I originally mailed the package out and where the gentleman with 20 yrs experience gave me the wrong information and they said they could not help me. A young lady working there told me to contact Fed Ex and ask for rerouting after sounding quite foolish on the phone they lady on the phone for Fed Ex told me that wasn't even a department. We now have 4 or 5 tracking #. Doesn't really matter because no one seems to know what is going on with this package. NEVER SHIP INTERNATIONAL FROM HERE. I will stick with my USPS that is right by my house and the ladies are actually nice & helpful.
