Chase was superb! Our otherwise excellent UPS store quoted a startling $1350 with $15k in insurance to 2-day ship my wife's violin interstate. This FedEx store, and Chase!, nailed the exact same parameters for $520, including the custom chemical foam surround, with zero discounts requested or received. Nice win for the wife, Fedex, and the bank account!

I want to thank Eli, who was working the day I went into the FedEx Office on Shea, needing to mail something to my nephew in Maryland. I had to get some information, from him and from my brother back East ... and Eli was patient, interested in my situation and extremely helpful. Great customer service from Eli .. thank you for the experience and for just helping me in general. I appreciated it.

It’s alarming when two of their male employees ignore you and won’t answer your question because they are wrapped up in their own conversation about a non work topic. I asked four times if I could leave a package on the counter for them and they refused to respond. Instead the gal on the phone had to interrupt her phone call to answer my question. Do better fed ex. Unacceptable

Solid 5 star experience. Zach was awesome and so helpful to me. I would not have been able to get my flyers done without him. Fedex should be proud of employees like this. I'd definitely return to this location for my printing needs.

Exceptional service. Cordial employees and they really seemed to be interested in taking care of the customer. Even with an upset customer in the store, they all kept their focus and did everything they could to assure everyone was cared for and jobs were done as needed. I have a book bound every year and I’ll certainly be back to this location!

I recently had a print job issue here. That's not the point, the point is that the store manager fixed the problem as quickly as possible. He was extremely courteous and understanding of my issue. I appreciate customer service like this! Thank you! And to the young lady who helped me first thank you so much!

I've gone here on and off for the printing needs of our small business and personal use for years. I've never really had an issue, a little over priced, etc. However, the new manager just lost the business of me and my company. A print job that usually costs us $35-50 suddenly was $150+. This included all sorts of new fee's that we had never be charged before that he suddenly added. Not sure how something could increase by 200% because a new manager was hired, but it is way over priced and poor customer service.

Paid $2.50 for the “convenience” of a worker scaling down the PDF I needed to print such that it didn’t cross the printer boundaries since this option is not available at the self-print station. Asked if I could get a credit for my test print and the worker made it seem like I was troubling her to do so. Got the job done but customer service is mediocre at best. Wouldn’t recommend.

I go in to ship a very small item a reciver for RC cars and the lady told me they do no ship with out ID. I walked here 7 miles. In the past 10 years going here I've never been asked for my Drivers license to ship anything. I will not be returning, I will use USPS or UPS moving forward. Thank you, have a great day FedEx!
