She was the first person I talked to. She was very helpful and then I ended up talking to the manager who was extremely awesome.- EMMA.
I hope when FedEx reads us, they put it in both of their files and when they’re up for review, somebody will actually see it and they don’t just give them a cupcake and a balloon this FedEx has got the greatest team of people working in it way more better than I expected, and I thank them both very very much for their professionalism. Please recognize them in their employee file. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. No interest in helping beyond the bare minimum. Not a smile anywhere. I will drive out of my way to find another FedEx location. PS. I rarely write reviews, and never poor ones.

Aloha!!!
Just want to say that this location is great. I used to go to another one but I moved. Emma and Tuanna were exstreamly paitent with me . I took a l9ng time and was frazzled. Their line grew however both ladies handled it gracefully. 👏 Bravo. Thanks for helping me out. Big time. I had no idea what I was doing. Thanks again!!! Mahalo

Worst customer service. The lady working behind the counter obviously hates her job.
It was a big inconvenience for her to help me scan and print a label. I thought that was her job??? She never acknowledged me when I came in and rolled her eyes when I asked for help!

I tried this place for a printing job after trying both nearby UPS stores and being very disappointed. I would recommend this location. The person working when I arrived was friendly and helpful. My order was done and correct when I arrived, which is way more than I can say for the UPS stores. I will be returning here for future printing jobs.

Worst location over been to. 1 working computer for guests to use. Entirely unhelpful and rude staff. I was told my only option was self service printer (after standing around waiting for help). Machine took $5 from me and didn't work the first time. Takes forever to do anything. I will never come back here

I drop packages at different Fedex offices every single day. I've been to probably 90% of their ship centers in Maricopa County. I can say unequivocally, this one is the WORST one. They refused to scan my packages and not only was the employee rude, but the manager was as well. When i set my packages down and let the employee know I would need a receipt, the employee dismissively told me to go scan them myself and waved me off to a kiosk. Then the manager backed her. There were 3 employees and not a single other customer. I was appalled at the fact that they clearly have no regard for customer service.

Very rude agent at the front desk. She complained about a customer I front of me and a couple people in line. When it was my turn she told me to scan the QR code myself. I told her I was in a hurry and asked if she could just scan it. She just repeated “you can scan it yourself” in a very condescending tone. Her coworker ended up helping me and he was helpful. But she was so unpleasant. Take pride in your job and be nice to people!I used FedEx a lot and will probably look for an alternative now.

This office usually does a good efficient job in a friendly manner. I wish I could say more for FedEx overall. But the delivery service is not very good. But granted this office is always friendly and efficient.

Honestly, this FedEx branch should get ZERO stars!I was in Phoenix to help move my Dad into an assisted living community. As such, I was trying to scan, resize and print family photos so that we could decorate Dad's new apartment before he moved in.The lady in the FedEx store that tried to help me was very nice but she was struggling to use the system. Her manager and other staff were of ZERO help. Her manager had ZERO customer service skills, it was clear he just wanted me out of the store, regardless of whether my needs had been met or not. I was running out of time and needed the photos so I accepted the poor quality prints that were not the size requested. I left very frustrated.The following day I was trying to get the photos framed and the employee at the frame store suggested I contact a local camera shop. Within 24-hours, Wilson Camera had scanned and printed all my photos, to the correct size and much better quality, for half of what I paid to FedEx! So I paid FedEx over 120 dollars for nothing but frustration.Sad to say but the FedEx printing 'service' matches my FedEx shipping experiences, BAD!FedEx has let me down so many times that I do my best to avoid using FedEx. I really wish this was not the case but, it will be a long time before I step into a FedEx office again!

This FedEx location is terrible, don't bother. I just needed to quick print off a form and their system is so complicated that I ended up just giving up and getting a friend to print it for me instead. The employees do not lift one finger to help and clearly do not care to be there. It seems ridiculous that trying to print something (as a millennial) would be this frustrating...but that's truly the case.

The lady refused to ship my package because I have a non US ID. She offered that I use one of the self service PC to generate a label. When I was done imputing all the information and my credit card was charged, the software/printer did not print the label. I asked her to solve the problem but she’s done nothing leaving me with an unshipped package and also to deal with the credit card issuer for the charge made!!
