Great customer service & Open on Sundays!
I was having car issues after work on a Saturday night; luckily the following day Firestone was open! I called the store and spoke with the gentleman about the issues I was having and he assisted me with my needs.

Easy to schedule service. Friendly people working in the store. Service was timely, techs were knowledgeable and nice. My car was alerting to change air filter....they inspected it and it was fine...they said I did not need one yet and did not want to replace and charge for unnecessary work.

This Firestone saved my day. I was back from a trip on highway and suddenly heard a big loud noise at the bottom of my car. First I thought it was tire broken so just tried my best to exit and stopped at a Panda Express right next to the high way. The closest 2 repair shops are closed on weekend, this Firestone was fortunately just 5 minutes away. I looked at my 4 tires and seem they are ok, so slowly move over there. The workshop seems busy. The front guy told me they can look at my car in 2-3 hours. Since I live about 30 miles away I decided to stay and wait. The store front was pretty cleaned with water and bathroom. 2 other guys also walked in and wait for their turn. outside about 110 degree so no one hang around. About 1.5 hour later I saw my car was took in to the shop. The the front guy gave me an update saying that the skid pad at the bottom of my car was fallen off. The tech was fixing on it and they were doing other test. Then about 2.5 hour later, they finished my car and the tires for the old man who also waited at the front. They showed me that broken and creased piece of metal pad and told me everything else is fine. They could told me more problems and I would have no way to question them. The front guy said that I could go to dealership to install the new one or they can install but charge me slightly higher for ordering the part. I paid only $50 and headed home with no issue.
