Staff was professional and friendly. Oil change was done in a reasonable amount of time. Sunday hours were welcome. Overall, a satisfactory experience. Oil change was more expensive than what I pay back home in Chicago, which was surprising. But Firestone charged the same price as another nearby location, so it just must be a Phoenix thing. Would recommend.

I brought my vehicle there early in the morning before I went to work for a new tire to be put on plus an alignment and was promised it would be done by 5pm which it wasn’t . When I returned there after work my vehicle was parked in the same parking spot I parked it in in the morning before I went to work. The only reason I went to that location was because it was an emergency to avoid me having a tire blow out on the 101 driving home. The next time I will not be returning to that Firestone for service at all!!!!!!!

Had a headlight replaced, and it shines lower than the one on the right, not good They broke clips on the front inside to get to the headlights and did not tell me And they left oil stains on the engine cover did not clean. I will never use Firestone again thank you.

The store ordered four tires, mounted and aligned them for the amount quoted and on time. Professional observations of needed work, but honest that "nothing mission critical" was going on.

Sorry for a delay in writing this review, well deserved review. I’ve been coming to this location for sometime now, The staff is always friendl. They help in every way possible, the manager Steve there at this location is incredible, but I wanna say a very special thanks to Keegan Hernandez who is a sale/ service specialist there, such an amazing person. I will always be a customer at this Firestone location, because of him and the manager Steve and the amazing staff. Thank you guys. You guys rock 🤘

I came in for a trip check. Service was good (he had a couple of phone calls going) and they got my car in quickly. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the price, $9.99, was pretty unbeatable.

Scott(sic) was not only professional but very courteous and kind. Without making this long winded, he understood my situation and addressed it in a proficient and responsible manner. Needless to say, I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on... and I have many friends including new ones reading this.... you should really check out this location Firestone.
