Dont let the name fool you. There is nothing convenient about this bank. I was a customer for 7 years after my divorce. Never once have I deposited a check that bounced or have ever had this account in a negative status. However, even after my history with this bank, a week long hold was held on a $500 check I deposited and they refused to release it. Now I have bills that are late and no funds for a week. DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT HERE.

If I could give negative stars I would. You are charged for transfers between accounts using the app. You are charged as if you were going to an out-of-network ATM. They are lump sum charged to your account at the end of each month. You can only make transfers to fund accounts and purchases before 7 pm. That is a pain when you decide to entertain or go out after 7 pm and decide to move funds around. You can't. I attempted to digitally deposit a check using the app, with my name on it, and it was marked for fraudulent. When that happened, they disabled by Bill Pay, Mobile checking deposit on both the app and website, and account transfers on my app. Called to confirm the issue, had to go into a branch to see a branch manager. Only to learn, not all locations have a branch managers, so I had to find one that did. That manager could not contact and solve the problem immediately so I am waiting to have them contact all the right people in their org to resolve now for a week. Meanwhile, I cannot adjust the bill pay items and have been racking up over draft charges and card declines as a result of the inability to adjust or cancel bill pay. Avoid banking here if you can. I just made the decision to treat myself to actual 24 hour banking somewhere else. Argh!

I am thankfully not a customer at this bank. I had cash I needed in different denominations and they would not help me because I wasn't a customer. Clearly, this bank doesn't realize they are a part of the service industry and will only help you if you're paying for their services. I was considering signing up for an account here, but after their refusal of service I will be running, not walking away from any business with that sort of culture.

Yesenia, Kiuni, and Teresa were true class acts, They were proficient and effective with all product knowledge as assisting me and my son in opening new accounts with highly recommend this location it was an amazing banking experience thank you!

For a bank with "convenience" in it. It does not deserve that word. The staff are not helpful and I can tell they don't care about customers at all. I never do business with those who judge by the cover. You should treat everyone equally.

I visited this location (Northsight) this evening 30 minutes prior to them closing. I had a check to deposit from a car dealership for selling my car. Because of the amount I believe, they needed to place a hold on it for a few days. I expressed that tomorrow is my fiancé's birthday and we sold the car to provide a down payment for a truck he will be purchasing tomorrow morning. Ergi went above and beyond to verify the check for me and made funds available immediately. The entire staff there is very customer service oriented, but Ergi took the time even though they were closing soon and I'm sure they were ready to go home. He really took care of me and ensured that my fiance will have an amazing birthday. Thank you Ergi! (Give him a raise)

Can't do anything with check signed over to you. Branch manager will tell you one thing but online chat person will tell you something different. Don't waste your time and money, find a different bank. One of the bankers will ignore you on line and then when someone he knows walks by call them up to his booth and talk to them for 10 min until someone else comes and helps the 5 people in line

Worst Bank I’ve ever worked with in 50 years of life! Same goes for the branch on Bell and Tatum. Paige is the most condescending-rudest teller I have ever dealt with. I was at the branch on Bell and walked up to ask for a manager as I was depositing a $30,000 check and had questions. Several people were standing out front (when I asked to speak with a manager) including the manager and he walked away, went into his office, never to be seen of again. The other employees looked at each other and finally a young man said, “I can help you.” What kind of manager walks away from a customer that’s asking for a manager right to his face?! Worst Bank I’ve ever dealt with by far and is being run by a bunch of kids. I was finally able to close my account and thought it was my duty to warn people so they are not treated this way!

Since they've changed their info i can't call, I can't use the mobile app. They said text a number to receive a temporary password, i did 5x and no password. The website no longer works the phone numbers no longer work. There is literally no way to get in touch with this bank that holds my money unless I drive to one of their obscure locations. Guess who's closing both of their accounts.
