These branches need to be consistent with one another. I went in to get an atm card, I called before I went in, and was told they had some, I was told I couldn’t get one, and that they didn’t have one. The service for the tiller was terrible, and not friendly at all. I would not recommend this branch nor this bank to anyone. Worst customer service I’ve had, and wasted my gas for no reason

Ladies were great here. Cammie I believe was her name was so loving to my little ride along chihuahua. Both employees who processed my two requests were pleasant, quick and efficient. They made my visit easy and I felt taken care of as a customer. I will be back for any other banking needs I have.

This is the best Bank out there . The customer service, wether at the branch or over the phone is superb . It’s the first time I have an account with a small bank. I don’t know why I was using those big banks all that time in the past . Big banks have long waits and horrible service. I highly recommend First Bank for everyone , wether for personal or business banking. Thank you First Bank staff for always providing me excellent service .

Nice Bank always easy to do business, hardly any Mexicans like you see in Wells Fargo or Bank of America and Sad because they are closing the one in Pinnacle Peak Rd in April

I am struggling with (COVID-19) time with losing money and a few things around this time and first Bank wouldn't help with my over draft fees. Which were on accident by the way, but come to realize the guy I talked to you on the phone with customer service was extremely rude and wasn't willing too help at all. Look I thought this bank was a good bank, (I APOLOGIZE THAT I WAS WRONG ABOUT THIS BANK) I GUESS I HAD TO FIND OUT THE HARD WAY!!! PLEASE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... DON'T DEAL WITH REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Alex, an accounts rep, is pretty rude calling me up with attitude. Back in 2014 this place was good but clearly has gone down hill with the staff they're hiring.

I wish I could give First Bank (in general, not this particular branch) an negative rating. I was charged a $34 NSF fee for a few items, which I paid off. Then, I went and got myself a few more NSF charges, which I paid off. I woke up this morning to find $60 gone from my account which they explained they take out an extra $5 per day that you're charged per day that you're overdrawn. This seems money grubbing and a little ridiculous to me. I had bills to pay with that and so I called them. The lady explained this all to me very condescendingly. I was so angry! How can a bank charge you on top of money they already charged you. I'm going to keep $1 in there because I used that bank because I got $300 for opening an account for 6 months, but I will be finding a new bank and I will share their shady practices with whoever I can.
