The first agent (James Palmer) was trying to pull a quick one on me. The second one was super helpful. They kept blowing up my SMS and inbox for writing a review so here you go. Go in with confidence and research regarding cars or they’re gonna take advantage of your gullible behavior. They did a solid job though. Not disappointed.

Excellent service overall! Friendly and helpful staff. Regular updates on progress, even the negative ones (transparency). Generally, experience with vehicles (dealerships/repairs, etc) are a mine field of good an bad, mostly bad, but these guys are excellent! The 4.8 rating is absolutely valid!
