Love love love the service here, called and put a hold on some retro 13's. When I got in to pick them up the girls that were the cashiers were amazing, so polite. Reyes.L says my receipt. Truly truly two sweethearts.?❤️ and they let me know the socks were on sale, got my little girl and BF a set. ❤️❤️❤️

I was looking for new basketball shoes. When I walk in, I saw all the employees standing around doing nothing. They saw me looking for shoes, but never came and asked if I needed anything. I then asked a girl worker if they had different color shoes and she said rudely "no", and then walked away. I would've bought shoes there, but they were so disrespectful that I decided to go to another one of the many shoe stores in the mall. There needs to be some management changes in that store. That's no way to treat customers if you want business.

I won the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 raffle and received it at footlocker in Scottsdale. However, the box was crushed, a defect was inspected, and perhaps the shoe was worn. I bought numerous shoes but never had dirt on the toe and heel. Also, the Yeezy box was purposely pushed down. I have attached the pictures.

Simple and effective. Needed new pair of sneakers and haven't been to Foot Locker in years. Stopped by to see what they have and walked with fancy sneakers at discounted price. Cheaper than online. The only complain I have is that store was not open at 11 but few minutes later. Then again they could say that "Punctuality is the virtue of the bored." Bored or not rules are there to be followed!

The lady who helped us was amazing, our order was incomplete and she immediately called customer service to get an explanation. I appreciated that she tried even though there was nothing she could do.

I would surely recommend this place to anyone who was looking to buy some really cool stuff. I am a big fan of buying Adidas and every time I go into this place they really have some pretty cool colors and stuff I've never seen before. I typically shop for Adidas clothing pretty often so the fact that this location has colors I have never seen is definitely a big plus. I don't not even typically try on any clothing or any shoes that I buy at a department store but I definitely want to try the items that I purchased from this location on just because they were so cool I was so excited to see how they would look on me

Had great service today while shopping for running shoes. They were busy but still very helpful and friendly. I actually got better service here than at Nordstrom. Will be back to replenish my shoes.
