Francis & Sons Car Wash offers fast and friendly service at a convenient location, making it a popular choice for many customers. They provide a variety of wash options, including an attractive membership for unlimited washes, which is considered a great value. The staff is known for being friendly and helpful, with some standout employees noted for their thorough work. Customers have praised the detailing services, which can make older vehicles look brand new, including headlight polishing and interior cleaning. However, some reviews mention inconsistencies in service quality, with occasional spots being missed during washes. While some customers find the prices on the higher side, many appreciate the free vacuums and towels available to all car wash users. Overall, Francis & Sons Car Wash is recommended for those seeking a solid car wash experience, though customers are advised to specify their needs clearly.
The car wash is okay and it's a good location. Sadly, the majority of the attendants are very rude and unfriendly. It's really unfortunate. Because like I said, the car wash is okay? And the location is fantastic. But I always just feel crummy, because of people's attitudes, just so horrible there.

I came in for the first time for a wash, Steve noticed my bumper dislodged a bit and did the due diligence of making sure it was secure before going through the wash. Also the wash was great and would come back. Definitely recommend.
