I've been shopping at this location for over 12 years, I can't say enough good things about this place. The people working the self checkout are always nice and helpful. Store has always been very clean and well stocked.

5 Stars for KEVIN who works at the Customer Service Desk. I was there last couple times this past week and needed old newspapers and Kevin went out of his way to find some for us. He even called the back to get us more. Kevin knows how to go above and beyond for his customers. He is always smiling and we see him helping out his fellow co workers in other departments. We have always loved coming to this store but Kevin always makes it an even better experience.

I had a horrible experience at this fry’s location. I’m on Instacart worker doing late night deliveries. I arrived at this fry’s location 25 minutes before closing and as soon as I entered the store Manger Makayla began to rush me. She started following me around the store while I was picking items for my customer and announcing through the intercom multiple times that they are closing. I am well aware of the store hours and was going as fast as I could. There were no other customers in the store so her behavior of following me around and announcing closing hours was unprofessional and unnecessary. I did not feel comfortable from the moment I walked. If I arrive at the store before closing I should be able to complete my shopping in peace without any interruptions.

We love the store and do 80% of our shopping here. Today we utilized the self check out and came across a very rude and unprofessional employee by the name of Teresa. Luckily the manager Patricia was able to assist and get us moving and check out.

I just want to say Crystal and Joshua are amazing he was soo happy to be working and she is just soo sweet, not only did they make my checkout experience so enjoyable but I definitely left with a smile on my face because of this dynamic duo, love how big the store is and LOVE the dairy free options they have as well. Everyone just seems so nice. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully get Crystal and Joshua!!

I have a frys that’s two miles from my house but I will drive the extra 5 minutes to this one because the isles are wider and have had an overall better experience at this one in terms of staff. They are always pleasant

Multiple employees standing around chatting, stated the deli wasn’t open until 7 despite 2 people working in the department standing there slicing meat. Overly sensitive and rude manager (Lucy) was impossible to communicate with.

This location is in need of 2-3 self checkout conveyor belts (for example the location at Camelback Colonnade) to help checkout speeds.My wife and I bring our own bags, with me at the end bagging our groceries as we go. I always let the bagger know if one is posted, and they help another lane in the meantime. When we visited this location, the bagger forced herself into my personal space and wouldn't allow me to bag my own items.This was very uncomfortable and she did not bag items well. Please train staff to leave customers alone if they are bagging their own items.

Check your receipts! Constant errors when checking out, always a higher price than listed on shelves. Also didn't compute the $10 off $75 digital coupon. Finally feeling the need to change supermarkets, prices are high enough without the mistakes, just can't do it anymore.

I just bought new batteries at fries and they were all corroded. With receipt in hand really had a hassle with the return. Obviously no one wanted to help me including the lady at the self-service gray hair French braid. I know it’s hard to get good help but you shouldn’t settle for less.

SCANNING INACCURACY PLUS ARGUMENTATIVE EMPLOYEE “ALARABY”:May 9, 2023 at 5:19 p.m. (receipt scan time) I went to self check-out at the Fry’s at Hayden Road and Thompson Peak Parkway. The scanned price per pound on the white onions was wrong. When I asked “Alaraby” (customer service employee at self checkout ) for help, she argued with me that I was wrong. I offered to take her to the Fry’s sale sign posted in front of the item which stated 99 cents per pound. She raised her voice to me and refused again. I then put the item aside to not buy and she demanded I give it to her!I have been shopping at this store location for over 4 years. This Fry’s frequently has scanning inaccuracies. However, never has an employee refused to correct the error and raised her voice to me as “Alaraby” did.

I’m guessing they’re cheap as hell here because this place is extremely understaffed in comparison with the Safeway up the street. Feel awful for the employees who have to deal with such critical understaffing. Won’t be back. Should cut some of the 18 million dollar salary the CEO gets and pay a more competitive wage to attract talent.

Very Disappointed in the cuts of meatBeef Tenderloin Steaks cut and silver skin and fat is not remove for $22 a pound. Ridiculous!!!!! Even Walmart knows how to cut tenderloin steaks.
