This is my regular pharmacy and they are always top notch for me.Went in today for my Flu shot and COVID booster. Adrian checked us in, friendly and quick as always. Khadidja did the actual shots - this woman is good! I didn't even feel the flu shot, and the COVID shot was quick and easy! Love these folks.

Some creep working the self checkout on 10/8 at 10pm approached my wife, grabbed her, and "complimented" and harassed her. She left the store shaking, having a panic attack. No way to treat a customer or person, especially when you're on the clock. Would love to have a conversation with this guy about human decency and how to treat women or strangers in general. Would love for mgt to check cameras and reprimand this guy. Expecting a follow up response.

So, the fry's in old town scottsdale is terrifying and disgusting and needs to be torn down ASAP. I would feel better in an active war zone than at the fry's on Indian School and Miller. If there is ever a zombie apocalypse, the outbreak will begin there. That being said, I am a lifelong kroger shopper. As soon as I moved to arizona I googled what is the Smith's equivalent in Arizona. Though the old town fry's is not an option in my book, the mcdowell location was fine enough and I have been going here for 3 years but tonight i walked in and the rancid smell that overcomes you in the old town fry's, was prevalent. So, maybe there is a fry's zombie virus is on the rise. Anyways, I have been introduced to Basha's which has the same market vibes but is clean and organized and not overrun and also has a super impressive drink selection.

For the love of GOD please stop allowing AT&T to have their sales reps hang out and stalk people while they are trying to buy milk and toilet paper. It's creepy AF and must be awful for those with anxiety. No, I don't want your inferior service, and no I don't want to discuss cell phone plans with you near the eggs and deli meat.I stopped shopping at Target because of this BS. It one thing if you have reps maybe near the front of the store but lurking in the aisles is damn annoying and gross. Stop it!!!

I have to come to this Frys, because my closest Frys at Miller and Indian School, does not have a fresh seafood counter. I live at Camelback and Hayden. So when they have the snow crab sales, I have to drive to McDowell Frys.I came here today to by snow crab on sale for $7.99 lb, but I saw next to the snow crab, dungeness crab for only $5.99 a lb. Regular $14.99 lb. Why so cheap, I asked the seafood guy. He said it was a Labor Day price from supplier. Wow, so I also purchased the two crabs that were in the case, weighing 3.7 lbs total. These whole dungeness crabs were not encased in ice. Today's seafood guy rinses the ice off the crabs before putting in the case. Previous seafood employees did not. When I found out how much money I paid for "water", this store has refunded my money for the weight of the (melted) ice that comes with the frozen crab legs (packed in ice that you pay the sale price for). Before, I bought $25 worth of snow crab. When I got home, I saw how much water was in the plastic bag, cos the crab had a lotta ice packed between the legs and on the sections. I weighed the melted water that was in the bag, put it in a styrofoam cup, took a picture of the weight of the water on the scale that showed that I paid $5 for the ice. I told them I didn't wanna $9 a pound for "water". They refunded me the $5. I think that is pretty good service, don't you? So this 5 Yelp stars is all about this particular "water for crab price" incident.

Adrian came into action and quickly and efficiently resolved the issue of my Rx being called in to the wrong pharmacy. He was able to have my antibiotic delivered to me in the evening. Thank you to the all star team.

The Scottsdale hood !!! Respectfully This Fryz is kinda lit honestly!!! A security guard posted up I stop here often and have never had a dull moment here. They have a Starbs inside. I used to go here before work as well as during lunch to grab fruit and Jojo potatoes. Tyler, my new store pal in customer service is the bomb!!! He'd make a great Manager! He's always so friendly and just a sweet human to interact with. He caught my attention one time as I walked in and saw his smile and He compliment my fashion and style. Aweee. At the time, there was another guy working with Tyler whom I spoke to as well. but that other employee looked at me and walked away...Tyler n I laughed because I made a joke of it... that employee is still there which, is surprising because he's not the friendliest and is a bit of a diva... not in a good way! He's a negative Nancy! Ty dolla aka Tyler is the best employee there! He's always happy, smiling and very personable! I will literally go stand in line over at Customer service to say hi and let others go before me just so I get Tyler to ring up a lottery ticket. He's no brat diva and has a mature professional vibe The security guard at this store needs to walk the store and know where the ATM IS LOCATED or simply tell people that he has no clue where it is!!! THIS Guy sent myself and a few others across the store to look for the ATM when we asked where it was located. THe darn machine was literally within steps of entering the store. DUDE!!! I heard him telling People "It's across the store on the other side"! I'M THINKING... DUDE IT'S RIGHT NEXT TO THE LOTTERY MACHINE steps away from where you're sitting. SHEESH!!! In anycase, having someone as security who doesn't know the store could be concerning! Js Thanks to the Lady at the Flower and Balloon counter as well... although she was busy making things right in her dept she was really nice and helped me with a balloon I needed.

FRY'S GIFT CARD RIP-OFFI bought a $100 VISA Gift Card at FRY'S for my 83 year-old Mother-in-law. She went to use it only to be told it had a zero balance. I took the card back to FRY'S. The unhelpful clerk said, "it's not our responsibility ". He then gave me a number to call for VISA. When I called, there was a message, "the number you have reached is no longer in service". LESSON: DON'T BUY GIFT CARDS AT FRY'S. YOU'D BE BETTER OFF FLUSHING YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET.

Somehow this Starbucks inside of Frys isn't coming up to review. Sorry Fry's but this was one of your employees. Everyone has a bad day, everyone deserves grace. I walked into the store to get a coffee from Starbucks around 6pm on Thursday Nov 3rd. The girl working at the Starbucks counter was walking out of the Starbucks "hut" and walked into the managers office of Frys. A man walked in a few minutes later and got behind me, I explained the girl had been gone for a few minutes so it might be a little wait. He said he was the girls father, he called the store and out she came, tears streaming down her face. I said, "I'm all good, don't worry about me, I don't need a coffee" she was trying to pull it together and insisted. I again said "I hope you have a better night, I'll get coffee elsewhere, no big deal", this seemed more important than my coffee. She insisted that she take my order, a Venti, Hot, White Choc Mocha with an extra shot. Paid her, tipped her and she set down my coffee and walked back out to her dad for another embrace. My coffee was ice cold, not warm or Luke warm or even close to warm, it was ice cold. I set my drink back on the counter and said "Somehow this is cold, I'm good, don't worry about it, what your going through is more important" , and I meant it. I felt terrible for the girl but I also work hard for my money and there was zero "let me give you your $8 back or I'm sorry let me re-make it. So I walked in cold, came out cold with no coffee and $8 poorer. I work in customer service and my problems are just that, my problems. And if your no good, terrible, very bad day causes you to not be able to do your job, at least try to offer a solution. Money back, another drink?

We sat in the drive-thru pharmacy lane behind another car for more than 10 minutes waiting for our turn to be served. Once the service rep finished with the vehicle in front of us, she told us she was now closed, dropped the window shade, and refused to serve us or the car waiting behind us. We did not see any drive-thru times posted--apparently the drive-thru closes at 4pm on Saturday--but we entered the lane before 4pm, and feel that we should have been able to pick up the prescription we had filled there. She wasted our time and our gas, and left a negative impression regarding Fry's customer service. Definitely makes us not want to use any of the services at this Fry's location going forward.

This Frys is disgusting. Always dirty. No one ever in the deli. Employees are rude except the Sushi staff.

Unreal place of business. You'd think a nice area like Scottsdale would be a little more well-run. I made the mistake of doing pick-up for groceries. When I arrived home, my order was completely wrong. What was supposed to be convenient and helpful turned into 1.5 hours of error correction. Do yourself a favor and go to a different grocery store.

Pretty consistent good service. I use this location mostly for pick up orders or to grab a few items in and out. Although the staff seems to continually change, they know what they're doing and I get good communication and courteous employee interactions.
