09/29/2023This is very convenient location with a Starbucks right inside. What we really thought was this name is going to be the electronics store we all used to go to back in the day. What is really awesome is after you shop for your groceries, you can stop right in the front for gas and fuel up your car. Do that before you go inside or else your ice cream will melt in this heat.

Worst pharmacy i have ever been to. The pharmacy manager thinks its amusing to deny people their medication that they need. Never seen such incompetence in my entire life.

Worst pharmacy, my father gets his medication here, he has gotten a years supply of one medication (he had to refuse the new meds since he has so much of it) and the other they never fill, everytime we talk to them they blame the doctor so i called the doctor, doctor showed me what he has sent them and its all correct, i understand mistakes do happen, fixing it is usully is the way to go in my opinion not blaming this or that. Staff is hit or miss, there are some nice staff and there are those who hate their jobs and life, like world owes them somthing. Use cvs or walgreens.

Just want removed that Apple Pay and contactless pay are accepted. I did all my shopping and self checkout to find that the yelp info was wrong when I searched on Apple Maps.

Get ready to put back anything that is on sale. If you don't have a digital coupon then you need to pay attention or you're going to over pay.

Do not order pickup groceries from this location. This is the second time I drove to Fry's to pick up my order within the pickup window and they hadn't even started my order yet. I thought the first time may have been a fluke, so I gave it a second chance. Today I went to pickup my groceries a half hour into the pickup window (this was after I received a text from Fry's reminding me to pickup my order within the timeframe they gave me) . I called and they said my order would be out soon. Fifteen minutes later an employee comes out asking about my order name ect. because they didn't have my registered. He comes back 5 min later, and says oh, they didn't tell you they didn't have your order pulled yet and are just starting now so it will be another 20-30 minutes. I asked if this was a normal thing and they said yes, they think all of the stores have delays (which is untrue since I have been to other Fry's in the area and had no problem). So now, I have wasted 20 min of my time waiting for someone to tell me the haven't even picked up my order and wasted an extra round trip back home that I didn't need to make. In the time that I wasted to conveniently do a pickup, I could've shopped my own order.

Was expecting a higher quality experience, first time here and next to Kierland. Tatum & Shea store is a much better experience. Serious finish upgrades needed at this location. In the checkout line, wife literally said "remind me to never stop at this Frys again".

Me and my boyfriend were doing an order through Instacart. Everything was a good experience for our shopping, we had workers helping us look for products, and a talkative cashier and baggers while they were scanning up our items. What we didn't know was you had to scan the barcode thing BEFORE all the products are scanned, Noah was our cashier and he let us know afterwards which of course we felt bad because he had just scanned a little over $100 worth of product. So sweet Noah goes to call a manager over who was a little less than 100 feet away in the customer service area helping a customer. The manager's name was Jolinda if I remember correctly. Now for being a delivery driver in Doordash and Instacart, you had to finish your order as quickly as you can. Waiting for the manager took a whole 12 MINUTES, for a task that would have been less than 30 seconds just to void it. So of course, all of us were annoyed, our cashier included because there was also a line forming behind us. As someone who has worked in retail before, I understand the frustration he was going through in that moment. When the manager finally took her precious time to assist us to void the transaction at the register, we went to rescanning. A few minutes pass by and the manager, out of a petty threat, took away his baggers to "collect the carts from the parking lot" which if you were to see said carts out in the lot, you KNOW it would have not been a two-person job. So of course, Noah gets frustrated because it was out of spite for him briefly telling the manager to do her job, which IN MY OPINION was completely valid since she was dismissing his request that would have taken 10 seconds to do. So our cashier ends up just walking out on the spot in the middle of the transaction, telling off the manager, which again I BELIEVE was completely valid. The manager was completely at fault not only pissing off Noah but the rest of the customers in line as we were BARELY PATIENTLY waiting. And she still had the audacity to brush off what had just happened in front of the store like it happens often. I could never come back to such an establishment where the management will continue to abuse their power and micro manage their employees IN FRONT OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. God bless Noah and hope if he does leave, that he gets the support from a better establishment.

Not my favorite grocery store, but it has your basic essential needs when needed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service. I got here at 10:01pm, and was denied entry. Employee said they close at 10pm and yelp and google and fry's website times are wrong. I sat in the parking lot looking to see if anything else is open, and watched some people get denied entrance, and some people were let in. After the third person got let in (wearing green in my pic - normal shopper) I asked for employees name and she refused to give it, so I said fine I'll take a picture of her for my complaint and she, without any class, smiled and waved for my picture and then gave me a thumbs up and walked away. It's one thing to be closed at a certain time, that's understandable, and another thing to discriminate and allow some people in and not others.

This review is only for the Pharmacy and mainly its staff. They need to make some serious changes. There is one in particular, Christina, that is so rude and just mean. I have only had one incidence where she was even remotely pleasant. I have been getting my prescriptions there for about 7 years. And I dread when I see her working. She is also rude to the other staff. I am contemplating changing to a different Frys simply because of her. If you see her, RUN!!! I do enjoy the convenience of the Frys. About a mile from my house. It doesn't have as much to offer, but most of the rest of staff is really pleasant and helpful.

I witnessed Allan S, the manager at this location, wrongfully treating a handicapped employee who was doing his best to assist me. I went in to get $10 cash back and made a mistake at self check out, this individual tried to assist me and accidentally handed me an extra 10 dollars. the manager reacted by screaming at the employee, making him feel bad for a simple mistake. it is bad business practice to threat your employees so poorly and it discouraged me from ever shopping at this store again. i hope the individual finds a better employment opportunity and is no longer subject to the abuse occurring at this store.

Had a great experience here, had to pick up a glucose testing kit and it was my first time using this. Andy helped set up the whole thing and showed me how to properly test my glucose. I really appreciate his help!

Fry's gives off a feeling of dirtiness, grime, and uncleanliness. The air in the store feels stuffy and stale. Their deli area always looks dirty and unclean. I would never order meat or anything from the deli. Frys is good for a quick stop if you need something quick. Although, it wouldn't be my first option for a grocery store. There other Fry's locations that are great, just not this one.

If I could give this store a 0 stars I would. Where to start... first of all, the complete lack of inventory and the produce they do have is questionable at best. Rotten, molded and wilted. No thanks. Then they only have open the self check out lanes, and refused to take anyone in a regular check out lane. We stood behind an elderly woman who did not know how to use the self checkout and asked for help (since she was forced to do it) and the lady said "I can show you but I can't do it for you." Great customer service. Then another man who had an over flowing cart voiced his frustrations about having to use the self checkout and she said "it's not her problem, she can't do anything about it." What an absolute joke, Frys should be ashamed of this location.

The older pharmacist MARILYN is the meanest person with zero customer service skills. I am a dentist and she should learn to talk to people with compassion and understanding. We all have problems but to consistently be rude and mean I do not understand why you got into the profession. I'd rethink a position where you don't have to talk to people ever.
