I dropped my car off on Friday & by Wednesday it was done! New bumper, washed & cleaned inside out… I was very pleasantly surprised. Fast & professional from the reception desk to adjuster. Thank You!! (They even buffed out a blue paint transfer scratch about 3”x3” which was not part of the claim & was over the rear tire well). My car is silver… Again thank you for going above & beyond 🙏🏼. I read the other reviews… not accurate in my opinion. I received text messages regarding the status of my vehicle daily. I will recommend (Raintree) Gerber Collision.

I don't recommend this place. I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning to get two minor scratches repaired. The estimator, Chris, told me I'd either be able to pick it up same day or next day. No communication after dropping it off other than text notifications that just say it's being worked on. On Friday, I call to find out when I can pick up my car. They tell me they don't have a specific time--just await a phone call from them. 30 minutes before they close on Friday, they call me to let me know they broke my AC in the process of the repair and won't have it available until Monday. So I spend all weekend without a car. Monday morning, no update. I call and am transferred to the estimator, Chris. I ask about specifically when I can pick up my car. Again, no specifics, just wait to hear from us. My team is working on it. He spoke to me as though I was unreasonable calling to check about MY car again. Still no car. Two scratches shouldn't be this difficult. Find another collision place for your repairs.

Absolutely the most brain dead management. Lawsuit coming. Fixed my car. Admitted doing it “cheap”. Said they have better product now. It’s a brand new car. Absolute crap. Management crap. Day 9 I’m having to call everyday. Won’t return phone calls. They screwed my car up.

Highest possible recommendation for Gerber Collision and Glass on Raintree. Right from the start I was treated as a valued customer. Jerry expertly appraised the damage on my car, finding things that I had not seen myself. Next they ordered the parts that would be needed ahead of time so that I would be without my car for the least amount of time possible. When I brought it in for repair, Jerry texted me throughout the week to keep me up to date as to the progress, and actually delivered the car back to me ahead of schedule. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a repair and if the need should ever arise again, I am going right back to Jerry and to Gerber!

I wrote a prior review advising they took 3.5 weeks for a 1 week repair, did not keep us advised of the lack of progress, lied about returning calls, made continual excuses, asked us not to complete survey. Awful experience.
After all of that, we got our car which they clearly had not teated as they put the side mirror sensors in wrong. Then they denied they did it!!! We had to pay over 600 to have fixed but were able to get reimbursement from ins co that recommended this horrible business. They lied more, never apologized - I would tell you to stay away.

The customer service at Gerber was excellent. While I can't comment on their collision repair work because my car was totaled, I recommend them just based on my experience with everyone I interacted with there. Mike was great at communicating with me in a timely and professional manner. I was really upset about my car getting totaled and Jerry took the time to show me the extent of the damage so I understood why my insurance company wouldn't agree to fix it. Jerry was patient and compassionate as he helped me remove all my personal belongings from my car. Since I'm sure they deal with totaled cars all the time, it was really refreshing to encounter people who remember to treat you as a person who is dealing with something difficult and not just another car passing through their shop.

What a top tier customer service business. Charlie took super exceptional care of my ride, and went ABOVE and beyond to make a customer for life. Businesses used to be like this - the “little” extra touches and attention to small details really do make a HUGE difference between this place and the “other” guys. Highly recommend.

Recommending 5 stars and a raise for Chris Rodriguez if you’re lucky enough to have him handle your vehicle, doesn’t up charge or make up extra fees like some mechanics out there, ended up fixing the damage until it turned out like new! Will be coming back!

Gerber Collision was absolutely amazing! I got rear-ended over a month ago and was in a battle with the other party’s insurance, as complicated as it was, Gerber was able to handle it all and get my car fixed in a very timely manner. My car looks as good as new! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind, informative, & kept me up to date. They were even kind enough to drop my car off at my work nearby for me once done, which was greatly appreciated. 100% would recommend this place to anyone in need of any auto repairs, and will definitely be returning if needed.
