This is the 3rd time I’ve placed my ultimate trust into the company to repair my Honda & this time around my car had to have a full motor replacement. Rob is the man and the genius when it comes to disabling and replacing a full motor. Every problematic obstacle or minor situation he ran into, he was able to solve to get things back on track.
He’s super informative, friendly, great communication skills & super intelligent in his career.
Beyond appreciative of the step by step process and the amazing communication he carries within him.

Gerber Collision and Glass took amazing care of my car and within a reasonable time frame. If you go to this location, ask for Robert "Rob". He's you go to man to get you all squared away. He's very efficient, friendly and brakes down all the details of pricing and parts needed for the repairs. He also gave updated information when needed. His passion for his work and taking care of his customers shows in his work and in his team that stands with him. This location will not fail you in making sure your car is in top shape once all the work is completed.

No, no, no. I ran from this place once I noticed how nasty and unpleasant the lady going to do the estimate was. That is a sign of trouble. Especially when others I received an estimate from were very nice.

Well, never fun to have car damage. Slight bump on the back end of the car while at Trader Joe's on Labor Day. But enough to require the entire back end being replaced. Outstanding service including delivering vehicle to my home. Avoided auto rental by waiting for part to come into the shop.Shout out to Carolina, Chris and Miquel. Thank you for you great service and professionalism.Hope not to have to come back and this is where I'd go, again, if necessary.Thanks to all.EllenC

Don’t take your car here. I was referred here after I got into an accident by my insurance. It comes out with more issues than it went it with. The people here are nice enough but the quality of work is disappointing. My car came out with electrical issues that took three extra visits back to get it fixed. They also ordered a used part that was broken to use on my car and openly admitted that. They also admitted that the tech drilled a hole in my car door through a tube holding 20 wires. Why are there people working here that don’t know what they’re doing?

Have been a loyal customer for 10 years. However this last experience was not very good. All my wife and I asked for was communication throughout the process and our request was ignored. What should have taken 3 weeks took 5 weeks. We were given the excuse that there was employee turnover in the entire office. Customers don't want to hear excuses. We just want to hear we are sorry and we will take care of your needs immediately.

I am really disappointed with my experience. I walked in to make an appointment after someone hit my car. I told them the insurance that the person who hit me had and they said they took that insurance. They later sent me an automated text cancelling my appointment with no explanation. I called them and they said they cancelled it bc they dont take that insurance. Such poor customer service. They need to be retrained on how to answer a phone as well. If my employee made a mistake by telling someone that we took an insurance that we actually did not I would have them calling the client and helping them find a new service provider.
