Grayhawk Goodwill is a donations only location. As a donation center, it does its job, providing a very convenient way to offload unused items without adding to landfills. Reviews on staff are mixed, with some describing them as always eager to help, friendly, and willing to lift heavy things. Other reviews find this location unpleasant and unfriendly, preferring other drop-off points. Donations support the nonprofit's mission to provide no-cost career services in the community.
All the people that work at this drop-off are always attentive, kind and accommodating.

Dropped off some pants that no longer fit. ( I think my wife washed them in hot water). The staff hear you pull up and meet you at the door to grab your donations. Easy, peezy.
