Fantastic salads. Pizza? Not so great. Not very hot and the crust was kind of soft.

This location is "hit or miss" as of late more "miss" than "hit". Had a really bad experience this week. Hostess threw the menus when being seated and we asked if we could move to a table away from foot traffic. Pizza was served cold and had to be remade. On top of it the waitress forgot to deduct our local discount on our check. When she asked the manager Jeff for assistance he was dismissive and more concerned about getting us out of the restaurant saying "give us another chance" as he continued boxing up pizzas and not giving the matter any attention. When he overheard me ask for their corporate office phone number he then got engaged but with a total attitude. We are sad as this was our neighborhood go to for Pizza. My suggestion is try Vito's down the street. Found them to be a lot more consistent and definately more focused on customer service.

Nostalgic pizza parlour with east coast decor. Pizza has a thin crust and lots of toppings and is excellent. The house salad is great - it is very generous in size, is dressed with a light vinaigrette and has lots of fresh vegetables. We were seated promptly upon arrival and our server was friendly and efficient. There is an outdoor patio. Great place for a casual lunch or dinner and suitable for kids. Prices are reasonable as well.

Perhaps over priced but the quality is A tier. Go with the sausage basil pizza for the best combination. Light on cheese it's like a margarita pizza with the flavors of a wood fired grill.

When i think for a very good Pica, all it comes to my mind is Grimaldi’s.My favorite Prosciutto Arugula.

I love Grimaldi's Pizzeria in Scottsdale for its authentic New York-style pizza; the thin crust is perfectly crispy and the fresh mozzarella adds a delightful gooey texture.

My family and I had been to Grimaldi’s many times before. This was my first visit to this location and my wife’s first crack at Grimaldi’s ever.We placed our order for carry out at about 4:50 pm today. We were told 30-45 minutes. My wife thought that a long time but they were understaffed and it takes time for quality pizza…Or so I thought. We opted to get seated for a couple sodas and maybe some dessert while we waited giving our inner kids a thrill. The desserts were wonderful and our server was amazing. My wife was pissed, I was annoyed and our server was embarrassed that our pizzas weren’t ready until two hours and 15 minutes later. Just a hair beyond 45 minute right?Of our three pizzas two were charred. Not well done but burnt in many spots. We were told that Grimaldi’s pizza were dark due to the coal fire method of cooking. Dark pizza is one thing. Burnt is another. The manager came over and apologized repeating the dark pizza excuse. We again pointed out that burnt was beyond dark and not acceptable. The manager had the decency to credit us for the pizza and remade the two problem pizzas within 20 minutes. We took the food back to my mom’s apartment to eat and hang out.My pizza was decent if a little lackluster. My mom and wife were, likewise, not thrilled with their pizzas. Considering the bill for the pizza itself was over $80 we’re severely disappointed.Because of the experience I cannot offer more than two stars. The second star is due to the comfortable ambiance good service from the waitress, good dessert and compensation. The long (almost three hour) wait , charred pizza, the lame final product and the all around poor experience cannot justify more than two stars however.Despite the attempts to make up for the situation the three of us aren’t expecting ever to come back to this location or to Grimaldi’s ever again. Sad really but the restaurant is unlikely to ever convince us to come back

Place made me wait 50+minutes for the order that I was supposed to make money on and deliver. They let the customer come and pick it up and cancel it on me WHILE I WAS IN THE RESTAURANT. During the holidays I made no money and can’t feed

It's a cute spot and it's decorated beautifully for the holiday. I was disappointed in the pizza and the drinks. This was my first time here and I had such high hopes but the pizza was a little burned and we requested pepperoni and ricotta to be added to the pizza but it was very scarce, We weren't sure if they forgot to add them. I also ordered the rum punch and it was sour/bitter. Our server was great though which was appreciated.

Must have been an off day but entire order was wrong and the pizza had no flavor. Will try again since everyone raves about it.
