I used this firm a few years ago for my taxes. They ended up charging me 4x the original quote and they never seemed to know what they were doing. Would not recommend- prices are so high and the customer service was horrible.

Poor customer service and high fees! Would not recommend especially for individual/family tax preparation.

Services are too expensive for what they offered definitely debating on using service again I did not feel like a priority to impersonal service
