I was walking inside the dressing rooms when an elderly lady all impolite, comes out of I don't know where and tells me, where you are going but so very stupid way and I still tell her, what was that and she told me again and she tells me get out of here now but so very rude. I told her she don’t have to talk me like that. In the first place she doesn't have to talk to the customers like that, especially if there's no one there. What a bad person and what a bad look for the store, I tried to file a complaint, but they didn't show interest and I had to leave 🤐😑😡

Always love H&M ever since visiting one on Michigan Ave in Chicago. Most of my wardrobe comes from H&M!

I was recently at that store and one of their customer service representatives was racist and disrespectful towards me. I asked for her supervisor and she came to the front and as I was standing there trying to explain my situation, that rep kept talking back at me. I was talking to her manager and at a certain point I asked her whether that's how they were trained. The manager asked the rep to go to the back and she refused and kept talking at me. I asked whether they price matched because I got a shirt from the sale section and their response (both of them ) was NO CUSTOMERS PUT STAFF IN THE WRONG PLACES ALL THE TIME. HOW SURE ARE WE THAT IT IS NOT YOU?" On top of the racial remarks from the rep earlier. So, do not shop at that place if you can avoid it.

This store is large, very well stocked, it has two floors at the bottom, it is for men only, and it has an elevator and stairs.
