Ok so I had a headache and needed to buy a bottle of water! Wifey insisted on this place so we can buy a cheap bottle of water. Went in grabbed some no name brand so I can take some medication and went to the counter. Bro, this water was $2.65! But the best part is when he didn’t give me my change back and when I asked him he just gave me a awkward stare. Wifey just pulled on my arm and said forget it. Hope that extra .35 helped keep this horrible store alive 1 day longer. You might as well just buy a soda from the food court!

Very poor customer service. I went in there asking if they had something I needed and was treated like an inconvenience. Customer service means everything to me and I will not buy at a place that treats potential customers as a burden. I would not recommend this place.

I also manage a store in the mall, and absolutely love this place. People shouldn't blame their lack of organizational skills of management ability on this store. I go there all the time for drinks and snacks. This store shouldn't be blamed for not having sponges. Next time, make sure you order correctly.

The thought of having a convenience store at a mall is awesome. Unfortunately, they carry a sub par selection of merchandise. I manage a store in the mall and every once in a while we run out of certain supplies like toilet paper, dish soap and sponges. Every convenience store that I've ever been in has an abundance of those products, except this one. Good news is that they carry brake fluid and dryer sheets.
