last year when I had my taxes done at this location the person helping me gave me such incorrect and bad information that it almost cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. I’m sorry, you’re a tax expert yet you don’t know how to report taxes for childcare? I forgot about it until they called me to ask if I would be coming back in this year… yeah that’s a hard NO.

I’ve talked to two different people at this office about the same education form. The first time I called, I felt dismissed, but the second time I called I talked toCarla. OMG when I tell you that she is one of the kindest people I have ever talked too. I have worked in customer service for 7 years and she was so helpful and personable.
