My refund debit card was lost in the mail so I was told over the phone by HR Block to go into the store to get a new one. When I arrived I spoke with Stuart Kramer who immediately rudely asked me to be more specific, when I concisely explained the issue I was facing. He then went to try and help me out but half-way through stated 'his system wasn't allowing him to help me' and that he couldn't do anything else. I asked him what the issue was and he said "I don't know" and basically stated it wasn't his problem. I then had to drive five miles to another HR Block location and spoke to a lovely lady who happily helped me out and couldn't understand why Stuart refused to do so. Everyone else was extremely nice but avoid Stuart Kramer.

I thought this was a great place was i wrong. I did my taxes there last month.By Stuart he told me i would get my Refund back in 21 days. It has passed i called yesterday.I got sent over to Stuart i told him what has happend.Stuart said that since i didn't receive my stim check.I have to wait the Irs has to see what's going on.Stuart said I CHOSE NOT TO LISTEN. STUART said that irs waives it and sends a check or puts it in your account.You don't talk to customers telling them you chose not to LISTEN It sounds like Stuart is covering himself because he messed up. Stay away from STUART.

H and R block is very unprofessional. They make a lot errors in tax return. You can't rely on their expertise. I went to their office on 25 October and their employee made a wrong amended tax return and he was also rude to me. I realized the error when i was entering my car and went back their office. Also, The employee hadn’t put on his mask on my return. They promised to give me refund within two weeks, so basically during the first week of November. I waited for one month or so. No one called me or sent the refund back to me. Then i called them. Every time, their employee was telling me that they will send or someone is going call me. I told them I receive a lot of calls and please email or text me. They said okay. I didn’t receive any information and therefore drive to their office and talked to their manager. They gave me two numbers one ending with 5625 and another with 0101. I waited for 56 minutes on 5625 and no one responded. I called then 0101 and the lady on Scottsdale office explained me that she has no control over it and told me that “why has the receptionist even asked you to call this number, I told her that don’t send this tax issue over me.”I could finally talked to their franchise owner today. I was shocked when she accused me of calling them- I HAD BEEN CALLING THEM TO GET THE REFUND BACK- they would not give my money back if I didn’t call them. The owner says she has called me before. First, I had told them not to call me- just email or text and their employee had said okay. Second, I just checked my phone now- she had called me on 18 February for the first time, almost after 4 months, although they were supposed to send the refund in the first week of November. A lot of headache and time-wasting. Very disappointing!
