I love Infiniti of Scottsdale from sales to service. Service advisor, Chelsea Lanaux, is absolutely wonderful. She has a positive, can do attitude with any concern I may have. She takes her time with me to explain things and doesn’t try to cut corners.
I took my car to an independent auto shop who misdiagnosed my car. I was suspicious so I took it to Chelsea who had Infiniti’s mechanic check and double check and found nothing wrong with my car. She sent me on my way after generously providing a loaner car for me so I wasn’t inconvenienced.
Thanks to Chelsea she saved me close to $3,000 if I would have gone with the independent auto shop.
