Ricky Manning contacted me and I asked him to do a walk around video of the car. He sent the video in less than five minutes. He returned all of my calls and answered all of my concerns. He's very focused, professional, and detailed oriented. He and the managers arranged financing and I purchased the car the same day. Ricky is going to be a top tier sales associate and I can see him being one of the top managers in the near future.

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND A LOT OF HEADACHES AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORRUPT DEALERSHIP! CORRUPT FROM THE TOP DOWN! They promised and sold me a supposed "Certified Pre-Owned" (CPO) vehicle worth $40K that was a lease return, but never ever produced any evidence that the vehicle was actually inspected when they took it back from the lessee. By law, they had to have done a thorough inspection of the vehicle and had to address all the flaws that they found during that inspection before they could declare a vehicle a CPO. There are many third-party inspection checklists available that they could've used, which checks EVERY SINGLE item on a vehicle, but even if you go by Infiniti's standards, Infiniti has a mandatory 167-point inspection in place for its dealerships to follow, but evidently, they didn't even do that either. I found at least 10 discrepancies with this supposed CPO vehicle - heavy dirt and sand everywhere, rusted parts, missing parts, broken parts, etc., just by simply glancing at it, and it was never detailed like a CPO would normally be. And I didn't have to look hard to find these problems, they were so obvious, they just revealed themselves. Having not inspected they still sold it to me as a CPO, and when I contacted the salesperson Candi Hartzer, and the General Manager Bill Munz, at first I got nothing but silence and ignorance from both of them for some time. Then when I finally got in touch with Bill Munz, at first he denied ever getting my emails. Mind you, the emails that I sent to him, the email address was copied and pasted from his own email that he initially sent me, in which he asked me for my satisfaction review. And my emails went through to him just fine on my end, but at first, he kept denying that he received them.... Then once I established contact with him, and after a very long back and forth with him, he incrementally agreed to send me all the broken and missing parts, worth some $3 - $4K... And that was for the parts alone, but when I asked him about the cost of labor for replacing these parts at a dealership near me and the fact that I was duped and that I wasted so much of my time revealing and documenting these things, and emailing back and forth, all of which amounted to additional some $5 - $6K, guess what he did, Bill Munz quickly hired a lawyer. No joke! TALK ABOUT A GUILTY CONSCIOUSNESS! In the end, when his lawyer found out from my side what he did and how he handled all of this, I never heard back from his lawyer anymore. I guess after realizing that their own client - Bill Munz, was in the wrong in so many ways, the lawyer ceased communication with me. Go figure! So aside from some of the fake smiles and fake greetings at this dealership, it's all rotten to the core starting from the top!!! Here is a small sample of pictures of some of the missing and broken items that I have revealed.

I purchased my BMW there. Then was set up for a service 6 mo later. I am UNABLE to speak to anyone in service re: what this appt is for. Since no one will tell me or answer me via text or email or a call, I cancelled this service appt. Instead taking to Scottsdale BMW. They take care of me. Bad customer service, answer the service dept phone!

I purchased an infinity qx 80 on March 17th of this year. When I test drive it I said to the sales man" why do the breaks feel like that" they were like pulsating. He told me they were the ABS. Now I have had cars with ABS... I just shouldn't have bought this car. After taking it up north the whole way back, down hill was brutal. The breaks were just nit right. Pulsating, the steering wheel bouncing!!! I had called to complain. I was told to bring it in.Have you tried to call the service department??? Yea no one ever answers. So you leave a message and no one calls you back. I then took it just to get an oils change and to have it checked out....and was shown that the car had a massive oil leak internally, They showed me the pictures. So again here I go trying to get an appointment to bring it in. After multiple tries I called a different infinity dealer and the car is now there. With over 9000$ worth of work that has to be done. I have pictures of everything. There is multiple issues with breaks, tires. Rotors, drive shift, steering controls....This car was nit even safe to be on the road. And I have been driving my kids around in this car!!!! Ohhh and there are two different sets of tires on the car. !!!!so please save yourself a huge headache and a ton of money!!!!!!I stay away from Scottsdale infinity!!!!

I purchased a car here 2 years ago from here. working with the service department was great when Brian was still there. However once your car warranty expires so does the friendly customer service. No one is on the same page and I have been lied straight to my face the last two times in. I recommend servicing your infinity somewhere else.

Worst car purchase experience I have had in my entire life.I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dealership. Should have known just by the pushy dishonest sales person but trying to get help to use the vehicle (like the rear view mirror) is impossible. I wish I'd just kept my trusty old Subaru and not made this purchase so BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Traded in my car and bought a new to me BMW. Kiefer was great to work with and made the process seamless. He understood what I was looking for and the price point I needed to be in. I walked in knowing exactly what price I was going to pay. Great experience! Highly recommend working with Kiefer if you are looking to purchase a car.

Went to look for a vehicle here and the sales agent was so pushy that made us so uncomfortable.As soon as we pulled into their establishment, the sales agent was chasing after us in the parking lot….we didn’t even have time to get out of our vehicle. I understand a lot of these places work off of commission, so if you’re looking for an easy, not pressured transaction, here is not the place you would want to go.This was not as bad as the fact that they are were untrusting and not sincere.The vehicle we liked went a thousand over our budget and I tried to negotiate and/or see if they can work with us which they said no right off the bat.We left that day only to see the very next day that the very said vehicle decreased by the same thousand dollars we were seeking!!! Even typing this I am still in shock!Till date, it is still listed at the lowered price and I haven’t gotten a follow up call from the sales agent to advise. I mean, are you wanting the sale or no, or are you to ashamed at this point! Poor service and poor experience.

Traded in for a new to me new vehicle. Pleasant and painless experience. Fair price on both my trade and new purchase as well. Brady and Daniel were fabulous, friendly and efficient. Will definitely highly recommend Infinity of Scottsdale and already have my sights on another vehicle from them.
