BUYER BEWARE! I walked into the jewelry store yesterday and immediately went to the pre owned watch section. Good thing for me I am a watch collector and a very educated consumer. I feel really bad for the person that this shop is taking advantage of, it appears that this is their business model. I asked about a watch that has a definite current market value between $4,500 and $5,000 and when they told me that they wanted $11,000 I was shocked!!!! People if you are shopping here please do your homework as they are definitely going to try and rip you off!!! It is so awful in the watch community to see someone so brazenly out to take advantage of uninformed buyers!!! I can’t even imagine how often they take advantage of people and what they had the other pre owned watches priced. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!

Frank and his staff are absolutely marvelous to work with! Frank personally helped me express my vision of my engagement band and wedding band to be a set that I will love for a lifetime! From start to finish, the process was clear, and I truly enjoyed it. We WILL return to Isaac Jewelers for all our jewelry needs!

A client of mine bought me a Momo watch from Isaac jewelers years ago when they had a location on the waterfront at Fashion Square, Mall. They only have one location now in North Scottsdale at Kierland Commons. My watch band had a faulty pin and I decided to bring it to the north location and have it repaired. They used a generic pin and charged me $15 and sent me home with my watch. The first time I put it on it fell off of my wrist immediately and hit the hard tile scratching the face and denting the case. I brought it back to Isaac jewelers in hopes of them, repairing it with extra linkage and hardware that I had from the original purchase. When they took the links off the watch and sized it for me, the first time they repaired it they left me a voicemail and said that it was $15 for the repair. This time they did not inform me of the price, so I assumed that they were repairing it at no cost because of the first experience. I have driven over 80 miles for these repairs. This time when I entered the store, they tried to charge me $60. They used all of my hardware and made up lies and had to call the owner. They said that the owner Frank would not allow my watch to leave unless I pay the full $60, or wait 30 minutes for him. I verbalized my disappointment and realized that they did not even clean the watch, and that the back of the case was not even tightened. The women in the store were very rude and I felt like I was being swindled. The security guard walked over while I was discussing my frustration with them and literally put his hand on his firearm, and stared at me. I find this unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I paid the amount so that I could leave and never have a business transaction with them again! It's a shame because I was looking at another watch that fits within this line and collection. They will never receive business from me. I do not recommend Isaac Jewelers in Kierland Commons at all.

Thank you Rime for helping me figure out what I wanted. After 26 years of marriage it was time to upgrade my engagement ring. Rime helped me keep my original design and added her talents to give my ring more sparkle. I love it.

This was the first time I have ever bought a Rolex. I'm a retired Army Captain and getting ready to retire as an ICU Nurse. Lois and Isaac we're so very helpful and kind. They allowed me to try on different watches, walk away and come back to seal the deal. I was emotional during this process and both of them hugged me as my wife explained my 39 years of service in the military and my 23 years as an ICU Nurse. All of this made our experience unforgettable. We will always remember this experience.Thank you so very much for this once in a lifetime experience.

Whether you're looking for that perfect engagement ring, Christmas present, valentines gift or anniversary present you MUST come to Isaac Jewelers. Rime and Frank will take extra special care of you. My husband and I purchased a beautiful diamond necklace, bobble, earrings and matching necklace. They are simply top notch. They took extra steps to help me beautify my diamond ring I already have and I now sparkle whether I'm going to a fancy dinner or just going out with friends. Thank you for taking great care of me Isaac family.

I can't say enough about this incredibly stand up and professional jeweler. I very recently had a fabulous experience with Rime Isaac. She went above and beyond typical customer service as She searched and searched for exactly what I was looking for. After a short amount of time and a tremendous effort, Rime determined that a custom necklace was the only way to insure the perfect piece. Not only did the necklace exceed my expectations, the service and hands on attention to detail was phenomenal. Not only did Rime design my necklace with incredible results, Her extreme professionalism and patience were above and beyond!!! I found my "Jeweler for Life" and will only go to this Family for all my jewelry needs moving forward. I will refer all my Family and Friends to Rime as I know they will be as happy and satisfied beyond expectations as I am. Thank You Rime. You are a Gem!!!With Gratitude,Laurel M.

Let me start by saying Frank and Rime are fantastic, and they have some really great pieces. Now to why I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for high-end jewelry steer clear. Recently, I purchased an engagement ring. I proposed, she said yes. Within two weeks of her wearing the ring, one of the pave stones fell out. Given that I had purchased the ring a month prior and my now fiancé had only worn the ring for about two weeks, I went to Isaac Jewelers ("IJ") to have the ring repaired. I think it is important to note that they go out of their way to talk about the quality of their pieces, and that each piece goes through a "rigorous" inspection. Obviously, with what I paid, given the very shot duration of use, and that my partner hadn't hit the ring on anything, I expected that IJ would make it right, repair the ring, and assure me that it wouldn't happen again with such short duration. Notably, in dealing with this I worked with a salesperson and not Frank or Rime, who, to be clear, are fantastic. The salesperson repeatedly stated that it happens with normal wear and tear, it can happen at any time, that there is no way to prevent it, etc. etc. I have spent $100s of thousands of dollars on jewelry over the years, and not once have I seen a piece of jewelry lose a pave stone within two weeks of use. And logically if there truly was rigorous inspections any sort of bent prong or flaw would have been noted and corrected. So I went to pick the ring up, and the salesperson demanded I pay $70 for the work, which I found shocking. Frankly, IJ should have been embarrassed that a several thousand dollar ring is crafted such that it literally has pieces falling off within a month of purchase and a few weeks of use. Mind you, my offense was not over $70, but rather a salesperson acting like I was an idiot and that stones falling out after a few weeks should be acceptable Ultimately, after the salesperson kept repeating he had been in the industry for 45 years and talking in circles with rhetoric that made no sense, was illogical, and again, an embarrassing representation of IJ, the ring was returned without the charge, but not before said salesperson saying "Well I am not going to argue with you people, its not like you'll be coming back anyway." I am a person of color, so take from that what you will. Ultimately, Frank and Rime are knowledgeable and fantastic to work with, but their salesperson is truly horrific such that I cannot stress enough that IJ should be avoided unless you are working exclusively with Frank or Rime at all times.THIS IS AN ADDED SECTION IN RESPONSE TO FRANK'S RESPONSE:I revised the rating to three stars given your response. Just to reiterate, I think you (Frank) and Rime are fantastic, and I believe you provide excellent customer service. I would encourage you to speak with your sales person that was there on 8-27-22. There was certainly no misunderstanding from what he told me, which is in stark contrast to what your response says below. Notably, he specifically stated that other jewelers give warranties but Isaac Jewelers does not. Given my profession, words matter, and I am precise both in what I say and what I hear. I absolutely believe what you are saying, but please note that what a representative of your company is stating is contrary to what you are stating and what I believe are your core values associated with customer service and quality. Absent that very negative experience, I would give an unqualified five star review and be a customer for life.
