This place is horrible!! Workers are lazy, swearing very loudly and are not a happy bunch. I paid $75.00 for a spot free clean and there was spots everywhere. They need to retrain their staff!

Scam Alert: Jackson’s Refuses to Honor Prepaid Washes
I have been purchasing hand washes from Jackson’s for over two years and never had an issue—until now. I recently bought a prepaid package for five hand washes directly from them. The employee who sold it to me told me it was official and would be honored like any other package.
When I went to use it, I was told they “can’t accept it” because they’ve been having problems and that it supposedly isn’t official. This makes no sense. I have both the receipt and the card, and I trusted their staff when they sold it to me.
As a loyal customer, this is extremely disappointing. A reputable business should stand by what their employees sell, not turn around and refuse to honor it later. Unless Jackson’s makes this right, they’ve lost my business and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
If you also purchased one of these packages and were told it won’t be honored, I encourage you to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau. Customers shouldn’t have to pay for Jackson’s mistakes or misleading sales practices.

Got my car wash done here today, and they did a horrible job and charged me $66.98. The sales rep Jeff Myers did not even listen to what my request was for my car wash. He even had to ask another team member on how to charge for what I was requesting. I told them him all I needed is an area to be vacuumed really good because I spilled water on the front passenger seat and went to the floor behind the seat. I also requested a simple wash to get water spots off the windows too. Instead, I received a horrible wash and an odor removal that stunk up my whole car and myself. My vehicle is brand new, and I didn't need this nasty odor removal in my car. Never will go back to Jackson car wash again. Please refund me my full amount.

2 years ago much better. I try to go to other Jacksons locations when I can. Slow and mediocre compared to Shea location. Gilbert is even better than Shea.

I paid $100 for a full service (inside and outside) with wax protection.
1. The interior was not cleaned properly; a dirty cloth was evidently used, leaving my car's panel, radio, screen, and beverage holders in worse condition than before.
2. The trunk was not cleaned at all.
The solution they offered. Re done the service, meaning waiting for another hour to have the service that should have been done the first time.
The manager said he couldn’t refund me without talking to the corporate office, which was closed at the time. No one has called me from the corporate or heard back from the manager. I even left a few messages with the central phone number and sent the pictures via text to see if it would help, but it was unsuccessful.
After a few weeks trying to get a solution, they refunded me.

Asked for a basic wash. They took that as a full interior wash as well, handed him my credit card and didn’t know until after he stuck a receipt to my windshield that I paid $30 for a full interior wash even though I only intended for exterior. Once I was sitting in the heat waiting for someone to get to my car I was approached by a salesman about my slightly cracked windshield and absolutely hounded about their replacement services. I told him no at least 5 times and he wouldn’t take the hint so I eventually gave him a fake phone number. Car was still filthy after the wash had to go home and do it myself again

I'm not sure if the photos do it justice but I paid for a complete interior detail that was quite disappointing. When I went to pick up the car, the jump seat was still sitting on the rocks outside the vehicle and was still completely filthy. He almost put it back that way. The back seat carpets were all curled up and I had to place them back down properly myself. I thought, ok, easy oversight, I'll let it slide. Then I get back to my office and go to put something in the center console only to find that it is completely untouched. It had dog hair in it still and tons of crumbs and food and trash. I still wasn't going to do anything about it until later in the evening. I went to get my kids out of the back of the car and noticed both of the windows and sliding doors were not cleaned at all. I don't have time to take it back to them to finish. I don't feel like this was a detail as all the actual details were overlooked.

System was having issues so they gave me a free wash, I will be coming back to this location in the future. Service was very friendly!

Superb car wash and detail. My Xterra looks brand new! Dionte and Brandon...absolutely took care of me. I highly recommend this car wash.
