I have been coming here for years and using the express lane. It was recently switched to say members only yet the other lanes for the car wash say full service. If the full service lines also take express, they need to change their sign because one of the employees gave me a lot of attitude today for going through the members line for an express wash. He acted like he was doing me a favor by letting me come through for my car wash. If you don't want express customers going through the members line, you need to change the sign so that it says full service and express. I don't need an employee criticizing me when your signage is incorrect

Jackson Carwash has its head coach back. Take your truck or car to Juan and leave it in the hands of a trusted professional and his team. Juan will treat your truck or car like it is his own vehicle. I have been going to Juan at Jacksons since 2008.I will follow Juan wherever he goes when Jackson needs him to go.

I purchased a detail package and lost my receipt which is needed for the appt. Then there was an issue in the system tracking my purchase, however, the detail team was extremely gracious! After rearranging my day and setting up rides to leave my vehicle for a few hours for this detail, Juan (at Raintree) assured me it was fine, to go ahead and leave my car. No record of my purchase and yet he showed me customer service through the honor system. Where do you see that these days? Well, I eventually found my ticket and all was fine, but I appreciate Juan not hesitating to get started on my car so I could get back to my day, and not trying to arm wrestle me! He just said “we will take care of it, don’t you worry!” Thank you, Juan for your great customer service and kindness! Def recommend Jackson’s Raintree for good service.

This poorly run auto detail shop charged me for a year of car washes & ceramic coating guaranteed to last a few years, but only lasted 6 months due to their wash tunnel's rags gradually removing the ceramic coat while washing weekly. Instead of re-ceramic coating my car, their Riff-Raff management denied re-doing my car, terminated my year of car washes early, and pocketed my $.Steer clear of this poorly run/managed establishment!

This place feels shady. They immediately start trying to upsell you and even after you tell them you're not interested, they just keep pushing more and more services. Paint services, tint, oil change, tires, windshield film.. My car was 1 month old and they were pushing me to buy a full paint correction and a new clear bra for the front. Scam artists for sure. The price of a wash is way too high for the lazy service they provide. The car came out horrible. There was still bird droppings on the hood and the guy tried to pick at it with his fingernail for a sec, then walked off and left it and told me my car was done. Water spots everywhere, and they slopped so much of that tire black on the tires that I had to wipe off the excess myself to avoid it being flung all over the car when I drove off. No wonder they ask you for the tip upfront.. They also make you drive your own car through the machine, and the place clearly wasn't initially intended for the customer to be the one doing that. This place is literally the worst car wash I have ever been to. Not an exaggeration or hyperbole. Just avoid it.

Got a premium car wash and went home displeased. Contacted Brian Anderson, the manager. Brian was cordial and caring, refunded my money, and gave me a free wash which was excellent. Mistakes happen but striving to overcome them is the mark of a good company. Jacksons. Thank you, Ed B

I got a full detailing on my car-it was definitely in need! The gentlemen that took care of my car needs were all very nice, polite, and helpful. Great customer service and the quality of my car detailing is stellar. I'm very impressed and very thankful! Definitely worth the price-I'd say it's the best my car has ever looked.

Stopped in today to get my vehicle serviced. I recently purchased a used Jeep and had a temp warning light on after returning from a road trip. I also needed an oil change. The staff is extremely knowledgably and professional. I know I needed some extra things done (front and rear differential) but they were not pushy and explained what they were doing and why it needed to be done. I did bring the vehicle to the dealership about a month ago, but Troy and his team found items that should have been addressed but were not. I'm glad I stopped in and will continue to!

I had car wash and paid(basic) 19.99$! Nothinf was special pay that much money. Service wasn't good also. Not Recommended

This place really does a great car wash and detail. I have been going for the last 6 or more years. They have great deals on the monthly pass. The staff is amazing - ask for Michael B . He is the best for detailing and making sure your car is cleaned throughly and is spotless ?

Good question! I left the 1 star rating because I paid you $160 to change my oil and fans and you did neither resulting in my car being totaled a few days later because I was driving with no oil in the engine because your mechanic forgot to actually change my oil and then you refused to acknowledge or take responsibility for your error. That's why.
