The employee approached me and told he was the only person in the building capable doing the oil change that the other 2 employees did not know how to do anything and it would take more than 30 minutes of waiting ? with only 1 car ahead of me

Came in for a Routine oil change and fluid top off. I Was helped by Noah J. Kid was great, really Knowledgeable about cars and really easy to talk to. Plus I love his tattoo !!Definitely gonna come back in for my breaks with him in a few weeks.

First time here ,customer service it's good,good people ?(but) I would give 3 stars only? reason why is cos they left my truck & my wife's car stain all over body,also the gear shafts an the steering wheel .!!

My little sister went in to get just her oil changed, then 2 of the guys came back to her and told her that her serpentine belt was literally about to break and that she is so lucky that it didn't break while driving! They almost had her convinced!! Thank God she didn't have the money at that time and she is smarter than the average bear. She went home and called one of her mechanic friends who came to look at it and told her they completely tried to scam her, and he even called of of his mechanic co workers and he too also said they tried to scam her. LADIES PLEASE NEVER GO TO A MECHANIC SHOP BY YOURSELF, THEY WILL TRY TO GET YOU FOR YOUR $$$$$!!!

Their customer service sucks. I literally stood in line for 15 mins and no one even bothered to ask what me what services do I need. They acted as if they were to busy to ask but mind you they came inside to ask a white lady what she needs. They totally ignored me!Service: Oil change

Colin and his team were very professional and helpful in making sure they were able to service my new bronco before they started and they were just very friendly and accommodating while they did the work. Very relatable team and efficient at what they do. I would highly recommend giving them your business.

Came in today in need of an oil change - someone did recommend this specific location to me actually! Stephanie helped me from the moment I got there & when I came back to pick up my car. I sometimes struggle taking my car into places alone due to unfriendly behavior from staff but Stephanie was incredibly nice & welcoming. You could tell they were busy but made sure not to display any type of frustration towards me or other people waiting. She was also incredibly informative & helped suggest what needed to be done to my car to make sure it's in good shape. We need more people like her in this industry! I will absolutely be back :)

I have had 3 oil changes here because they do a good job and are friendly…until you have a problem. I left after an oil change yesterday and when I got home my door wouldn’t open. I called and the mechanic wasn’t sure what happened but suggested I bring it in and they would look at it. Brought it in today and the manager, who seemed completely disinterested told me to have a seat. ( Didn’t even look up from his computer)I waited for a while and checked the office. No one there. He was in the bay putting on some rotors. He had obviously not asked anyone to help me and he certainly wasn’t going to. I left, and will not go back. I attempted to go here and get my oil changed. It was a Saturday at 3:00pm, 2 hours before they closed. When I pulled up, I was “greeted” by the assistant manager and was advised it would be an hour before they could get to my car and I was happy to wait. This lady reiterated that the wait was going to be over an hour (my car would be done an hour before closing time). I again told her I had no problem waiting. So even with no one waiting behind me and insisting that I really don’t mind waiting, she told me to leave because she didn’t have time. I was speechless. I’ve never received such bad customer service and was shocked to be turned away. I will never ever attempt to go to any Jiffy Lube location again.
