Very knowledgeable, professional and caring office staff. Always at the ready for any question or concern I might have. I thought my office that I left behind in my old state was irreplaceable. I've found another great gem of a State Farm Office here! I'm so happy for that!

I switched over to Joe Lankaus office because I was looking for personalized customer service; I have not been disappointed! His assistant, Kim, is on top of everything and I can always get the help I need without having to call an 800 Number. If you're shopping around, I definitely recommend them.
