I have lived in Arizona on my whole life and always come to Johnny rockets in fashion Square. The manager Diana was so helpful and always so nice she always knows how to appreciate customers and help them.

I normally do not write bad reviews. However, waited 30 minutes to order. Then was told multiple menu items were not available or it would take 40 minutes. This was at 6:30PM on a Friday, when it appeared only 3 people were working. Not sure if this is how this location normally operates. This was beyond disappointing.

David and Jared were seriously so awesome! Although they were very busy, they always were courteous & attentive. The food was delicious and fresh (as always).
