Despite the exterior, the inside is nice and organized, offering a wide variety of exotic bird food, toys, and supplies. Customers can find great bargains on used cages, much cheaper than pet stores. The staff, particularly Mandi, are very knowledgeable and caring, making customers feel welcomed. They are transparent about the birds' backgrounds, whether rescued or surrendered, and any potential issues. Customers can browse and purchase with confidence, knowing they are supporting a business that genuinely loves and cares for its rescues.
