Went here today gift shopping and the customer service was horrible! Walked in was never greeted by the two ladies chit chatting at the counter. Browsed around and found the sweetest older lady in the back who greeted us and chatted a bit. Went to check out and the ladies continued to chat and didn’t acknowledge me nor thank me for my purchase. The customer comes before your conversation.

Love this boutique. Lots of cute things. We'll drive an hour and a half to shop here. My favorite sweatshirt from here is the cactus with all the different cities from Arizona, I get so many compliments when I wear it.

After 2 years we decided to stop in again at Kactus Jock on Main st.
We stopped shopping here due to how ridiculously packed and dirty the store was!
I have to say we were pleasantly surprised to see a clean, organized and helpful staff!
Must be new owners or management but hats off to whom ever performed the 180 changes. We would definitely recommend it for all your souvenir/ tshirt needs
