Very professional, very efficient and kind. I was informed at every stage of my vehicle repair and received notice to pick it up almost 2 weeks earlier than informed initially. I would highly recommend and would certainly return if needed.

Progressive recommended them as a preferred vendor after someone hit and ran my car on the 101. The repairs were adequate. But the staff drove the vehicle over 100 miles to there Tempe repair center without permission. And also at excessive speeds. The mpg went from 40 to 32.3. That doesn’t happen in stop and go traffic or at 65 mph (36 mpg). So someone drove it well above the speed limit. Offered a gas card as a courtesy which has yet to be sent. And I just saw they stole my emergency road side equipment out of the trunk. And you guessed it, they won’t be replacing it.
Real garbage humans over here.

Car completed earlier than expected, they communicated between my insurance company and rental car agency on my behalf and sent text updates with each step of the cars progress. Kira at the front was exceptional as well

This review is for Kyle who is a 5 star. He is the manager and went the extra mile to fix my 4 runner. I was very impressed by him. The rest of staff was not as helpful but Kyle is a gem and worth getting your vehicle repaired with him.

This collision shop is run by incompetent people. They did not repair my vehicle correctly and now they’re giving me the runaround. I’ve bought my car there twice and they still haven’t fixed it.

I highly recommend Kaizen Collision Center in Scottsdale because of the quality and thoroughness of their repair work. Jayden explained in detail each step they would take to fix the front end of my car back like new. I was kept up to date with texts about the progress that was being made. I was very impressed with the work Kaizen did on my car! My car was ready when they said it would be, and it looks beautiful!

Got the insurance covered work done but would not recommend if I were paying . Employees work in hot environment …witnessed employee come in lobby sweating in between jobs from shop in back. I voiced my concern to front desk and they said they only have a swamp cooler…….it was 110 degrees ?…. Shame on management. My Range Rover had dirty hand prints on ceiling and my car was not prepped before pickup …. Had a new glass installed on sunroof and they didn’t even care to clean the new glass? No respect for customers or my my car I baby. We have a lot of choices in Scottsdale people!

Initially I was very satisfied with the work and service Kaisen provided. Once my car was returned to me and I took it home, I started to encounter issues. First, the tailgate seal was not re-installed properly, causing the gate to hit and rub against the plastic lift gate trim. I removed the trim and seal and fixed this myself. Simple oversight I suppose. Then I noticed some sort of overspray on the interior of most of my car windows. At first I thought it was just cleaner residue, but it must not be because I cannot remove it. Paint maybe? I've used a soft cloth with windex and a mild cleaner and the residue remains. I have no idea how I'm going to get that stuff off my windows. So thanks for that.

I had a poor experience. They returned my car to me with a shaking steering wheel, when I took it back to them they claimed it was unrelated to the accident and the issue just miraculously happened at the same time. Very poor communication, they said they would help get it taken care of then left me hanging for days without communication and without a car.
