If you want undivided attention and excellent customer service then Jim Kreisman is your insurance broker ! He is experienced in all phases of insurance and will tell you where you are vulnerable or your exposure is unprotected. He just saved me lots of money and increased my coverage . I highly recommend Jim as he stays in contact and follows through in his commitments.

We had an amazing experience using Jim at Kreisman Insurance. He worked so hard to find us the best insurance for our needs and ended up saving us over $1600 a year just for our auto insurance (same coverage). We are switching everything over to Kreisman now. We found Jim online and after reading the reviews we decided to give him a call. We met with him and he asked us questions explained the process and then delivered as committed. He shopped our policies and did a review where he pointed out gaps in our current policies. He was was very paitient with us while we did everything in his office. We saved a lot of money, got more coverage, and most important we got Jim as our new agent. By far best experience ever and and definitely a 5 star experience. Due to the increasing cost of insurance, my husband and I decided to shop around and see if we could get some lower rates. We asked our insurance agent to see if there were some lower rates available and he didn't even get back to us. We decided to call Jim because he had been our agent in the past and he has always been great to work with. He is knowledgeable and responsive. He is an independent agent and able to shop around at various companies. He was able to save us almost $4,000 a year!
