Y'all ... due to a fun decade of mystery illnesses, I've been poked more times than a pinata moonlighting as a prostitute.
So I know a good phlebotomist when I encounter one.
Josiah was top notch & a pleasure, to boot. I literally didn't feel a thing.
This office was run like a well-oiled machine. The front desk guy delivered directions like a cordial drill sergeant, keeping everyone on task and moving forward. I'm sure these guys deal with some weapons grade crazy on a regular basis, so it was good to see. The wait time was next to nil for walking in like I did.
I would go back in a heartbeat and should I need services from LabCorp again.

Worst customer service i have ever seen. Her passive-aggressive style seems as if she's just doing her job, but some of us in the waiting room can see right through it. Yikes, Miss. Limekia, just be nice, will ya?

Horrible. Horrible staff, I was sitting there for 2 hours. Why does it take 2 hours to get a simple drug test? Unfortunately, this was the only place my employer allowed. Appointment should be mandatory. All these walk ins, that went before me despite me getting there before and having an appointment.

I have been to several labcorps and some of them have been awful, but here they are absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend this location for any of your lab needs.

Labcorp competencies continue to decline rapidly, border-lining on profound ineffectiveness. A simple example was the day of my appointment the kiosks were inoperable, but the staff lacked the initiative to have a sign in sheet to ensure first come first serve. The attendee was completely indifferent to the inherent confusion that causes. Wait times continue to be unacceptable as others have mentioned. 90 minutes or more depending on the day

I typically go to the Princess location for routine lab work however, it’s temporary closed. Came to this location as a walk-in and was prepared to wait a long time. It was packed, standing room only. To my surprise…Staff was kind and I was out in 30 minutes! Thank you Front desk for your professionalism and efficiency. And, I applaud tech Bethany for her expertise.

Horrible service at every step, first their website does not have a phone number for. Customer support, only a number for bill pay go figure what matters to labcorp
I call the number for payment just to reach a human, took her 5 minutes just to tell me the nearest lab was 15 minutes and 5 miles away when there is a hospital 1/2 mile from here
I googled the phone number for that lab corp location and figure the phone system only directs me to their web site
No customer support at all
This company sucks
I will ask my doctor to try using Sonora Quest instead

I went for a walk in drug test for school. I only waited one hour despite having no appointment which was wonderful (the waiting room was packed, and I still got in!), and the staff were so kind! I will return here whenever I need another test.

The 2 people working up front were the 2 people working in the back, I felt bad for them. Waited 3 hours and left. Labcorp, do better! For your employees and customers! Hiring manager, corporate, stop being greedy and hire adequate staff to accommodate patients. If not, be forward and transparent when we walk through the door so we don’t waste our time. I would much rather pay a diff company in the area for more efficient service. First and last time using Labcorp, but they don’t care, they’ll continue on doing what they do best, disappointing us.

Numerous people waiting for 3 hours. I had an appointment for 1015. I checked in at 1010 at the kiosk. They took multiple people with later appointments back before us. The machine showed the check in as a walk in despite having an appointment! We waited 45 minutes the desk is mostly understaffed with the phlebotomists needed to do desk work and check ins which is a very bad thing because it takes away from doing blood draws. Many patients elderly had waited long periods of time with family and had checked in but were not showing the check in board. Many people had appointments and began to leave. This is tremendously poor customer servicez here is how you need to fix it higher designated people to work the front desk have at least four people working the front desk who can check patients in and do not have the phlebotomist to in check-in higher. At least one more phlebotomist. The office sign says the staff on lunch between 11 and one. That’s not cool. Hire partime emppyeees to take over during lunch time. Why a 2 hour lunch??? My daughter is 11 and has been fasting since yesterday to get the lab work done at 1015. It is now 11 and judging by how slow things are moving she may go into hypoglycemia due to the horrific lack of organization and understaffing at this location. We drive over 50 miles from out of town to come to this appointment and to have to wait for hours is not ok. Most of the time there is not a live soup at the front desk they expect blood draw employees to do office work. This is ridiculous. One lady who waited 3.5 hours after working a night shift just left. I would love to provide telephone feedback to someone in charge.

Ordered a test from health labs. Went in to labcorp on the 23rd of september and took my test. 2 weeks later i received noticed that “my test was never even processed and they had no proof of me ever being here.” The man who was assisting me with very long hair was the most rude and unhelpful person I have ever dealt with in my life. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt especially in public work settings I know things can get stressful.
My test got scrapped. Somehow somewhere they threw my test sample away or dumped it in a sink somewhere. I can’t even get ahold of the office to ask them what happened. Would highly recommend picking a different place to get your testing done. Do not go here if you are able to go somewhere else.

Ridiculously long wait time
