I came here to get blood drawn. It was so quick and easy with some really nice staff. I used to go somewhere else to draw blood, but my doctor recommended this Labcorp and I’m really glad I listened to him. I will definitely be coming back in the future if I need it.

Showed up at my appointment time just to be told to reschedule because they didn’t have enough time to run the tests that I my doctor ordered. Why does it not disclose on the website that you must come in before a certain time if you have multiple tests ordered? Complete waste of time and the person working at the desk was not willing to help me find an appointment time that works.
Update: I had my appointment rescheduled for 12/16 and JUST received a message on 12/15 that the location is now closed from 12/10-2/02. Again, the soonest appointment isn’t for another 2 weeks. Absolutely abhorrent business. Why was I not notified BEFORE 12/10?

Stopped here at 2:45 for a badly needed blood test. I said they were open till three but no one would answer the door and that was locked. Terrible customer service for a medical facility. Will do whatever I can to never go back.

Worst experience of my 45 year old life at this location. The young lady went straight through my vein then told me to be still after I said ouch from the pain. Then she bumped the needle. I’ve been in pain since I left.

I made an appointment for routine lab work, the soonest appointment was 2pm 2 weeks from when I made it. The lady at the front desk said I was too late in the day to get all of the labs done and that I would need to come back before 12pm another day. Was very unhelpful. I drove strait to Sonoran Quest and was in and out in 10 minutes with no appointment. I will not be using Labcorp again and have recommended to my friends and family to do the same.

Umekia was amazing!!! she helped me with so patience as i figured out my order issues with my doctors office. made sure it was accurate (which is wasn’t) and saved me from paying for labs i didn’t need. i also am a very hard blood draw and she got it on the second try in my hand way faster and more positive experience i’ve had - i usually dread having to get my labs!

Absolutely worst place. Staff is absolutely abhorrent. Staff member refused service to an old gentleman seeking assistance after he mentioned he's been waiting for 5 minutes. Almost immediately they were nasty to him. This is as a patient waiting in line. Ridiculous. The lady that came out absolutely escalated the situation and could have assisted, instead she berated the individual to the point where he got agitated. Such disgusting behavior. They need to be investigated for their absolutely abhorrent service and disgusting behavior towards people in need. Also, the lady taking my draw was complaining to me about how my appointment got in the way of her lunch. Sorry. Maybe close the office down instead of having open appointment spots.

Front desk lady was awful. Extremely unfriendly, and rude. Thankfully the person who actually took my blood sample and helped me was the sweetest human ever.

I had an appointment, but the Dr's order wasn't there. I was struggling to email a copy, and I was told to go outside for better cell service, but the email address was complicated and my app would time out before I could finish typing - I started to get flustered and apparently wasn't moving fast enough. I was told twice that they were closing in 20 minutes and the internet is slow so the order probably wouldn't arrive in time for them to help me anyway. Left in tears, going to the competition where I hope I'll feel more welcome.

Extremely inconvenient at this facility. Hours of operation are listed on door which I arrived within. When arrived door locked. When i was able to enter when another person was exiting I was given short staff excuse & need to do lunches. People are taking time out of their day to drive to a facility that is open for operation and are not being accommodated. Staff accordingly..

I wish I could remember her name. It was very unique. I waited about 20 minutes, which was fair. A few people ahead of me and at the end of the day - I expected an hour+ as most reviews showed. Check-in was simple, staff was professional, and the environment was clean. The blood draw was painless and less than a minute in total. I know people like to complain, but some patience goes a long way - especially for the medical field. Thank you to everyone in the office, I appreciate you.

I had an excellent experience here! Tucker was incredibly kind and sincere. The blood draw was quick and painless. Overall, a fantastic experience—I highly recommend it!
