I had 2 Lacost t-shirts that my 92yr old mother had bought for my dad. Guess she thought he was 300 lbs. They were an XXL. Granted it was over 30 days and I had no receipt that mom could find. Just the way in which they handled the situation was sooo poor. 2 young people working in the front. I told the young lady I just wanted to exchange the 2 shirts for smaller sizes. Her quick reply was "I don't THINK I can do that without a receipt." No take charge attitude, no apology nothing. Finally the manager came out from the back and I told him what I would like, merely to exchange the shirts my mother had bought 2 sizes too big for my dad. The Manager came out and no apology saying Im sorry mam, but blah blah blah; or Sorry, I wish I could exchange blah blah blah. It was very quick and to the point.....Once the tags are off and you have no receipt, I can't do an exchange, policy is policy" I was taken a back. What poor customer service that store has.

Horrible experience at an outdated retailer.We went to do a exchange of a simple cotton polo that somehow they figure is worth $98 for something in my size. It was unopened and had a gift receipt, so I figured it would be quick and I could see what they had (I didn't realize they were still around, I thought they went out of business the '80s).First, the store was pretentiously roped off, like the high end stores around that part of the mall, Versace, Gucci, but with more of a selection that a Radio Shack employee would wear. When we got in, we were welcomed, then ignored when the employee's friends stopped by the front of the store. After chatting with them for a while, he went to the computer and told me the gift that was bought in November for me for Christmas, was not eligible for return in January. I guess that is how struggling retailers try to preserve cash.I will be avoiding this place and let everyone know not to buy me anything from Lacoste.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place was roped off as if they were reserving it for royalty. My husband needed to exchange a shirt he’d received as a gift. We had the gift receipt and there shouldn’t have been an issue. The salesperson claimed the shirt was purchased too long ago - that he “couldn’t find the transaction in the system” and that he “wished there was more he could do” Staff was completely unengaged and rude. Won’t be back.

Drove 45 minutes to get to this mall just to go to this store and they turned me away at 7 PM because apparently they closed 2 hours earlier than the rest of the outlet mall. they're literally that lazy, and apparently my business is that unimportant. This was a Friday evening by the way. Sad!!!

Don't let Danny the salesperson help you. He is a young guy, in his twenties dark curly hair with glasses. I own quite a few Lacoste polos and have bought some directly from the store. Last time I went in there on November 6th 2021, I was accused by Danny of wearing the polo I was trying to exchange. He said he saw me wearing the polo in the store two weeks prior and could not return or exchange the polo.His evidence was that he remembered seeing me in that exact shirt.Ultimately the manager ended up exchanging the polo for me because I had the original receipt and tags attached.No customer should ever be accused of doing anything underhanded especially when there is zero evidence to support the accusation. Horrible customer service by Danny I hope something is done to correct his quality of customer service

I purchased a polo from Lacoste and after washing it, it shrunk and it was too small. I tried to exchange and was told they could not because it had clearly been worn multiple times. I could spend half as much as on another brand and expect a better return policy.

I purchased a polo and after washing it, it shrunk too much. I tried returning it and was told it was clearly worn many times. It was never worn. Terrible customer service for a luxury brand.

I love Lacoste until they totally ripped me off. I’ve bought thousands of dollars is cloths from them. I seen mask they were selling and purchased them. The photo shows the strings are adjustable. I received them and they were not adjustable they just fell off my face. So how can you show a photo of something then ship a different product? For obvious reasons mask are not returnable I get that. But when you falsely advertise a item and that’s not what you ordered then that policy goes out the window. I contacted customer service 4 times and was basically told “oh well they are not refundable” I will give you a credit, well you know you can never find something else to buy for that exact same price so you would have to pay more of your own money with the “credit” they give you to purchase something else. So it’s a win for Lacoste!!!! NOT ME...? EXTREMELY MAD !!
