May have been the least secure valet I've ever seen. Had multiple problems getting our car and they gave away our keys to another guests which is stone cold unacceptable. Also was extremely poor value for money. Beyond the rooms being average at best for the money, 18 dollars for a shot of Jack Daniels at the bar is highway robbery and shows a fundamental disrespect for you as a guest.

Four Seasons in Scottsdale is an oasis in the city. While Scottsdale is a built-up city, Four Seasons is situated in a way that there is more of a remote feel. The mountains that the property backs up to assists with the secluded feel. Staff at the hotel were fantastic. We were greeted by each staff member we passed. People near the entrance were quick with directions for the areas we were planning on visiting. Some Four Seasons amenities include pools, pickleball, tennis, fitness classes, kid's programs, restaurants, room service, and hiking. There is a full service spa. The spa includes a salon. Views from the back of the hotel and the outdoor/courtyard area are spectacular at sunset. The sky was a blaze of purple, orange and pink. There were a number of people there specifically to watch the sunset. It was the quintessential desert sunset. The Four Seasons has a distinctly southwest aesthetic. That feel extends into the accommodations. Rooms are suites or casitas. The rooms have an upscale yet natural southwestern feel.

Aug 2023: My first visit to AZ & to the Four Seasons in Scottsdale was amazing. Very quiet location. Easy drive from airport. Within walking distance is nice hill hike, too! Their 2 on site restaurants were DELICIOUS! I would definitely return here.

Beautiful property in the sun drenched desert. Entry to the resort includes driving down long winding road. Residence homes located right next door. Exceptional service from checkin until departure with staff remembering your name the entire time. 2 pools onsite including kid pool and hot hub. Also can smoke cigars after 9:30pm outside by fire pit area. 2 restaurants onsite. Tennis courts and spa. Loved our room which was on 3rd floor and had balcony looking at mountain landscape.

My boyfriend is currently on a project in Arizona, so when I visited for the weekend we decided to do a night here and all I can say is WOW! This property is absolutely amazing. The entire property was so carefully designed that every area feels so secluded and private. We truly felt like we were in a foreign country. Pool was amazing and the staff was awesome. On-site dining was amazing and the rooms were clean and beautiful. We seriously didn't want to leave! The included daily activities were very fun. We did pickleball and a margarita tasting. The landscape is such a highlight here, the walking trail from our room to the pool was so beautiful. We will 100% be back and I can't recommend this FS property enough. Only thing I would add a note about is that they do charge nightly for self parking. Thank you for an amazing getaway!

We had an excellent stay. The room was beautiful and super comfortable, with excellent views of the surrounding area. The pools are wonderful, clean, and open 24 hours so you can still enjoy them when it's not 105° under the blazing sun. We ate at both Onyx and Proof and had excellent service at both locations; the food was delicious. All in all a great stay that met our expectations for a Four Seasons property.Food & drinks: The bars and restaurants on site aren't cheap but the quality and service is worth it.

Absolutely amazing. Not pretentiousness at all. This resort is 100% authentic and shows real quality in the employees, service, environment and the rooms. Every interaction I had with an employee was exemplary in service. I have stayed at all the resorts in Scottsdale over the years and I will definitely be back here next summer.

We chose to stay at the Four Seasons because we were in town for medical reasons and needed reliable comfort. We knew it would be comparable to other Four Seasons and that our stay would be pleasant and we would be taken care of. We were wrong. When we arrived our room was hot, at about 80 degrees. We turned down the AC but it only went to 78 degrees. When we went out for a little while, they sent an engineer and at first they told me it was "fixed." When we called back the front desk, they informed us that actually the "desert is very hot" so my expectations were off. We live in Tucson and our AC routinely goes into the upper 60s for sleeping purposes. Then we were called back and told we could switch rooms but they admitted that the other room likely would not cool down either. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the setting is stunning, and people were nice, albeit unable to remedy the problem. The next time we went to town we were actually much more comfortable staying at a Residence Inn.

This resort is a beautiful, peaceful oasis offering a wide range of activities like pool, golf, spa, and so much more. The dining options are superb, and the customer service is impeccable. Whether for a short stopover or a few days' vacation, you'll love it here!

It's your standard Four Seasons property, which is easily 5 stars. We had a deluxe casita. Plush room, huge bathroom. Well appointed. Loved the patio. It's basically in the middle of nowhere, you come here to relax & never have to leave the property. The pools are awesome (recommend the deluxe cabana if you visit when it's really hot). On-site restaurants are all great. Spa is wonderful (albeit expensive). Well equipped gym. Take advantage of all this resort has to offer. Property is lovely. Lots of bunnies! The usual gracious & helpful staff.

Lovely but expensive. Dining was great. Views at night are spectacular. We were there in late July 2023. The room AC really struggled. 77 degrees was about as cool as we could get it. They turn off the AC until the guest checks in as we were told. 114 degrees. AC never caught up. Penny wise in my opinion.Food & drinks: Dinner was great.

Life is good at The Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale. This place is beyond amazing. An incredibly beautiful property with flawless service. It's tough to single out the best part of the resort. The dining options were extremely memorable and the pool areas were such a treat. The surrounding hiking trails, plants and wildlife were all very special. Grateful to have experienced this place.
