I've been going here for years Brad and Sweets are my favorite trainers. Not only have they helped me reach and achieve my fitness goals but I've gained true friendships and a great experience. It's the best gym and best people.

This is the best there is! Sweets and Brad are incredible trainers. While training with them I learned new ways to become strong, how to improve my endurance and how to improve my form. I always look forward to working out at Levels. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and supportive. I love the variety of workouts. Hard as HELL! Yet I made it through with their encouragement. Love this place!

Small group training- it’s so freakin’ hard- in a great way! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and encouraging. I’m only in town for a month but If I was here permanently this would definitely be my home gym. And I will certainly visit when I’m in town!

Great gym with a community feel. The classes are small which make them feel like personal training. Would recommend for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Burns so much calories. Difficult enough to feel challenged and like there’s always somewhere to improve. You’ll feel so accomplished when it’s over.

Above and beyond. Going out of my way to write my first yelp review because of how impressed I am and how much recognition this should get! My fiancé is a touring musician who unfortunately started having seizures about 2 years ago. We wanted to try and find a gym/trainer that 1.) had experience with clients with seizures (or at the very least were comfortable working with him) and 2.) would be willing to help develop some routines he can do while on tour I called and the owner 'Sweets' quickly answered the phone. He was extremely friendly and professional right off the bat and introduced himself while giving me the jist of the facility and their programs; he naturally speaks confidently and eloquently, but in a casual way where it seems genuine and not like he's a salesman. When I told him about my fiancé's seizures, without skipping a beat he said, "Oh, that's not a problem! I've had several clients and friends with seizures and epilepsy. When would you like to come check out the facility?" I was so pleasantly surprised with his response. I was worried that gyms/trainers may be hesitant to even work with him, so I was ecstatic that we found someone who wouldn't treat him like a medical case or liability. We went in the next day to check out the facility and talk in person more at length about his background, goals, costs, etc. It's a small, neighborhoodly kind of place that is clean, put together, and has modern equipment. The atmosphere is laidback, open-armed, and non-threatening regardless of who's there. Although they offer personal training, Sweets recommended doing the group classes because they're usually small enough groups that you basically get one-on-one training at a much cheaper price. He also said the first class was free and to try it out, then we could talk about signing up or not. No pressure. Uh... When's the last time you heard of a gym trying to save you money? We also touched back on the seizures, and he asked a bit more info that reassured me he had a background with them, such as, "Does he have auras? Are they full seizures or partial?" etc., while still having the casualness that made my fiancé feel at ease and excited he'd be treated like everyone else and not a medical case. Right before my fiancé was supposed to take his first class, he unfortunately ended up having a partial seizure and was having coordination/concentration problems. I called Sweets to let him know we wouldn't make it in and he said, "No problem! Just come to the next class he feels good to go." He also reached out to his friend/client who has long time had seizures to get information about if they've noticed any diets or workouts that they've noticed have helped or hurt their occurrence of seizures. All of this before he even got a dime from us. Long story short - this is not only a laidback, skillful and knowledgeable gym, they also actually care and want what's best for people. They're not just a good gym, they're good people.

Sweets is the man! Extremely personable and friendly. His gym has all the essentials and some fun extras like giant tires to flip. I love the feel of the local gym compared to going to some random chain place. Great music too added to the positive vibes here.

This gym is incredible; the trainers are highly educated and the atmosphere is electric. Sweets is the owner and he is quick to greet you with a big smile and is always willing to offer advice on how to adjust your calories, improve your technique, etc. Overall, it's a great place to train.

I had been going to the same trainer, religiously, for years and years. I experienced huge gains both in physique and strength. I truly believed that I couldn't get any better, until I wandered into Levels. Full disclosure, I'm a certified CPT through NASM and was convinced I possessed a vast knowledge about training. Sweets has introduced me to entirely new world of functional training and I'm not too proud to admit that under his direction I've gotten better, not only in physique and strength, but from a cardiovascular perspective as well. It's been 13 months and I'm still challenged, EVERY. SINGLE. WEEK. I have found a second family here and Levels and that gives me an added motivation to show up day in and day out.
