I don't care that the hat prices have gone through the roof. I don't care if the embroidery cost has gone through the roof. I don't care if it takes a whole day for the hat to be complete. I don't care if I have to drop off an identical hat, that they made months prior, to match it with the font and color. Come on.....color!? is hard to match!?What I do care about is when I pick up the product, there is an noticable difference. (Like I said, I dropped off a hat they made, so they can match it.). I do care that a simple 2 letters and 3 numbers don't not.even look close to the original hat. It's only 2 letters and 3 number...on on side.of.the front of the hat.The attention to detail or pride in craftsmanship is non-existent. Won't be back.

I was accused of stealing, I got my new hat stitched so walked out while it was getting worked on, and came back into the store, I was wearing a black fitted hat and the lazy Worker didnt bother to take a close look at the footage and realize I own this hat and walked into the store with it. So he said after I had come back in that i stole another hat because on the camera there was 2 in my hand. Which one hat i already have owned for years, and a hat he watched me buy with his own eyes. Lack of respect, Lack of awareness, and lack of curiosity to customers. Ive never been accused of stealing in my life and this is absolutely bogus and completely disrespectful . 100% do not recommend going. ??????

I visited a store located in Scottsdale, Az. Inside fashion square mall. upon entering the store, the associate was literally sitting on top of the checkout stand with his legs crossed on his cell phone & didn’t even acknowledge us, and then, when I walked over to ask a question, simply shrugged his shoulders, and said “I don’t know man”.I made a commit as I was walking out that he clearly couldn’t be bothered to help me. I fully had every intention of making a purchase as I knew what I wanted but needed a little help in finding it.Unfortunately I didn’t receive ANY help so I turned around and walked out of the store and went elsewhere. Definitely won’t be back after that!!!

worst embroidery i’ve received lettering was crooked and they misspelled the name, they ruined a gift and not trying to give a refund ? giving me the run around and worker would not give me his name.

Ben is an excellent worker. I went there looking to get a specific hat design for my small son. Ben knew exactly what to do and executed the hat in a speedy manner. My son hasn’t taken off the hat since he got it :) give this man Ben a raise, he definitely deserves it!!!

More often than not you just need a solid place for a good fitted hat. They have the traditional team hats but the highlights was a short rack that displayed special hats that are super cool. Grabbed the dbacks 2001 World Series in purple ??. The small rack included World Series and All Star and much more.

Don't use their Custom Lids embroidery, go to a professional embroidery business. I have wasted a month trying to get a hat made with my company logo. The worst customer service experience. No one will answer the phone or answer emails. I uploaded my logo through Custom Lids and they sent me the file. So then when I went into the store with my hat to be made, (on 3 separate trips) The employee that was working all times was unable to help me in any way except to tell me that they don't have access to the emails But that was how I was supposed to send them the file with my logo. So I said, "so you want me to send you the logo through email, but you can't open the email?"And the employee repeatedly said, "only my manager can do that and he's not here. He takes classes and only works on the weekends and the other one is on vacation." Huge waste of time and I wish I had my money back for the digitizing logo fee.... better yet my time and wasted frustration.
